  1. Forever if they let me, which seems to be the case here.
  2. Think the better choice will be to be home close to toilet at 3 am.
  3. Ok, must be different versions. I have only heard: Here I sit, broken-hearted, Paid a penny and only farted.
  4. Ok, and how do you know if I meant the ability or the willingness? Did that stand anywhere in my post?
  5. Have to answer with a question. Why would you be at the beach at 3 am, if not a Thai fisherman? Also, I do think the coin operated toilet facilities will still be accessible, but I might be wrong. Anyway, if at the beach at 3 am and starting to feel the need to go toilet, it´s probably a good time to go home. 😉
  6. Thank you Professor Gamma 😉
  7. Yeah, that is also one way of looking at things. It´s actually amazing how long time it takes to learn and understand here, if ever.
  8. Yeah, that´s what I mean with 100-200 meter. Yes, I know you have to cross the road, but I see that as having toilets connected to the beach to be correct. did not think I needed to point it out so exact. Absolutely no problem with that at all. If you can take yourself to the beach, then you can also take yourself to a toilet. 🙂
  9. Yeah, that is also disrespectful and uncivilized behavior. However, I fail to understand what people do in the UK has to do with this thread.
  10. Agree, that is also an alternative solution that might work.
  11. No, it´s not free here. Not even if the government or city municipality would put up facilities like you post. First, free is not in the cultural behavior in Thailand. Second, they need someone to work and keep the facilities clean, free from people using drugs and living on the streets and so on..... It costs money, and most Thais understand that and are willing to pay a small fee, for the small amount of times they are using such facilities. As foreigners, we should also understand that and don´t have problem with their system.
  12. Agree! She was also very lucky to get it back. However, sometimes, or very often, they don´t think the same ways we do.
  13. What the heck is lucky with having a cobra under the hood?
  14. Tragically? One must assume they were sitting in the cargo area of the pick up. That´s stupidity.
  15. The society must understand that people like this needs to be taken care of and put under treatment already when they start to dislike the form they were born in.
  16. Not only them, and there is also not much faith left in that area.
  17. Maybe she was going to use the money for something.
  18. As I posted, there are bungalow areas, as well as restaurants where can use. They will let people do that, and many all ready take 5 baht for the service. Also, Samui is a remote island, even if very developed.
  19. They usually have washroom, change areas and toilets in very close proximity to the beach. Just that some uncivilized citizens refuse to pay 5 baht for using the right place.
  20. What does it matter where the ambulance is going? Does that make the person who take over two time and break in front of the ambulance less wrong? Also, what does my person, and any relation to my perfection or not has to do with anything regarding this topic?
  21. Did I post he has not been charged? I just agreed with the news that he should be charged. After that, I predicted how it will turn out. Clear now? Have any problem with that?
  22. You might be true, but I have no problem with that. 😉
  23. And he should be charged. However, we all know how it will turn out. If have some money, will go almost scot free.
