  1. 30 years....and before a certain idiot comments (you know who you are)........I have been back for two or three weeks at a time......so haven't "lived" there for 30 years.
  2. Some swivel-eyed right wing loon......who bangs on endlessly about free speech......had me suspended for saying some hurty words that upset them.....555
  3. So true.....these incidents were just a bit of larking about....... 1. Cyberattacks (e.g., Estonia, 2007) Estonia was hit by a massive wave of cyberattacks in 2007, which targeted government, banking, and media websites. These attacks followed a decision to relocate a Soviet-era war memorial, and though Russia denied involvement, evidence pointed to state-sponsored actors or Kremlin-aligned groups. 2. Airspace Violations and Military Provocations Russian military aircraft have repeatedly violated Baltic airspace, prompting NATO jets to scramble regularly. Russian naval activity in the Baltic Sea is also closely monitored and has caused concern due to aggressive maneuvers. Russia has held military exercises near the Baltic borders that simulate scenarios involving conflict with NATO forces, which is seen as threatening by Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. 3. Disinformation and Hybrid Tactics Russia has used disinformation campaigns to stir ethnic tensions, particularly in Estonia and Latvia, where there are sizable Russian-speaking minorities. Russian media and online platforms have attempted to undermine trust in democratic institutions and sow division within these countries. 4. Economic Pressure Russia has at times used energy supply manipulation or trade restrictions as a form of pressure, although the Baltic states have worked hard to reduce dependence on Russian energy since the 2000s. 5. Political Threats and Rhetoric Russian officials have made statements that question the legitimacy of NATO’s presence in the Baltics or that suggest the Baltics are part of Russia’s “sphere of influence.” There’s been frequent rhetoric in Russian media implying the Baltic states are hostile or even Nazi-sympathetic, especially in the context of their WWII history. 6. Response to NATO Expansion Russia has strongly opposed NATO’s military presence in the Baltic region, viewing it as a threat. NATO battlegroups have been stationed in the Baltics since 2017 to deter aggression, which Moscow frames as “encirclement.”
  4. Could easily have killed half a dozen innocents......but no one in power really seems to care about incidents of this nature.
  5. I imagine three million is just pocket money in their totally corrupt world.
  6. Quoting two or three lunatic teens making death threats is not representative of the Democratic left..... However, these real life instances might be indicative of the mindset of the right....... 1. Oklahoma City Bombing (1995) Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols detonated a truck bomb outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, killing 168 people. It remains the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in U.S. history. 2. Charleston Church Shooting (2015) Dylann Roof, a white supremacist, opened fire during a Bible study at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina, killing nine African American parishioners. 3. Tree of Life Synagogue Shooting (2018) Robert Bowers attacked the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, killing 11 worshippers. He expressed anti-Semitic and anti-immigrant sentiments online before the attack. 4. El Paso Walmart Shooting (2019) A gunman killed 23 people at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas, targeting Hispanic individuals. He cited anti-immigrant and white nationalist beliefs in a manifesto. 5. Plot to Kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer (2020) Members of a militia group plotted to kidnap Governor Whitmer, citing opposition to COVID-19 restrictions. The FBI thwarted the plan, and several individuals were arrested and convicted. 6. January 6 Capitol Insurrection (2021) Supporters of then-President Donald Trump stormed the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. The riot resulted in multiple deaths and numerous injuries. 7. Attack on Paul Pelosi (2022) David DePape broke into the home of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and attacked her husband, Paul Pelosi, with a hammer. DePape espoused conspiracy theories and extremist views. 8. Attempted Attack on FBI Field Office (2022) Ricky Shiffer attempted to breach an FBI field office in Cincinnati, Ohio, armed with a nail gun and an AR-15-style rifle. He was killed after a standoff with law enforcement. 9. Gilroy Garlic Festival Shooting (2019) A shooter opened fire at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in California, killing three people and injuring 17. The attacker had expressed white supremacist views online. 10. Plot to Bomb Synagogue in Pueblo, Colorado (2019) Richard Holzer, a self-identified white supremacist, planned to bomb a synagogue in Pueblo. He was arrested in an FBI sting operation and later convicted. These incidents underscore the persistent threat posed by right-wing extremism in the United States. Law enforcement agencies continue to monitor and address such threats to safeguard public safety and uphold democratic institutions.
  7. Agree...he's just robbing himself!!

  11. The measles vaccine was first introduced in the United States in 1963. It was developed by Dr. John Enders and his team at the Children’s Hospital in Boston. The vaccine initially was available as a standalone measles vaccine. Oh dear....what a tangled web we weave.......
  12. i would like to politely point out that the screenshot I posted was taken from the OP......I am rather perplexed that you seem to think I should have known that that image was taken from another source, of which I am not a member by the way....and yet somehow should still have known about?
  13. Being sincere, but wrong, makes a person very dangerous......particular in his position
  14. There is no credible information or verified reports to suggest that Arbuckle Elementary School in the U.S. had four children die from the measles vaccine. As I said....making stuff up.
  15. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has indeed allocated funds to support reproductive health initiatives in Gaza Province, Mozambique. For instance, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation received over $82 million from USAID, in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to operate reproductive health projects in the region.
  16. Well there's a surprise.....typical righty....just can't resist making stuff up.....very sad.
  17. So I didn't remove anything....agreed? The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) allocated funds to support reproductive health initiatives in Gaza Province, Mozambique. For instance, the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation received over $82 million from USAID, in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to operate reproductive health projects in the region.
