  1. So no proof. You could have just said no.
  2. Buy a beer in 7/11 at 1.59.....legal. Can you then sit on the beach and drink it at 2.01? Can you sit on a beach deckchair and drink your own beer? How do the police know where you got bought the beer? Go to a restaurant, pay corkage and drink your own wine? Will that be legal? The whole thing is a farce.
  3. I think at the heart of is this is Anutin's total inability to take a principled stance on anything. 4AM closing times to boost the tourist economy?.....never enacted.....now it's midnight. "Liberation day ", alcohol to be sold all day, no 2PM to 5PM ban.....now draconian fines. Bars opening times severely curtailed without special licences. Land of flip flops.
  4. Trump made more in 45 minutes than all the Dems collectively made in a decade. 15 minutes before announcing his threat to impose 100% on China Trump shorted $250,000,000 worth of bitcoins, made the announcement, then closed the short 30 mins later
  5. The core objective of these laws is to reduce alcohol related health issues. If people are going to drink they will either ignore the law or drink in a licensed establishment, or drink in private In the sticks there are no bars, people drink at home when they want to so this primarily about BKK, Pattaya, Phuket and the like. Tourism it is claimed is protected by allowing airports/hotels to sell alcohol. Airports would be first on my list to ban the sale of alcohol. It just seems to be a complete and utter farce from start to finish.
  6. It is ripe for corruption. In fact, if you wanted to come up with a better scheme for the RTP to scam people you'd struggle.
  7. Trump has just posted that Obama made $40,000,000 of the back of scams connected to the ACA.
  8. Agree...it will rapidly go from 10K fine to 1K tea money.
  9. Mom....where are you?.....hurry home.
  10. The study did not establish causality and is under editorial review for methodological flaws. Experts note that the spike likely reflects diagnostic rebound—delayed screenings during the pandemic followed by catch-up diagnoses—not vaccine-induced cancer. The figure is relative risk, not absolute, and lacks adjustment for confounders like prior infection, health-seeking behavior, and screening access. The journal issued a formal notice of concern, and medical authorities continue to affirm vaccine safety. No biological mechanism has been found linking vaccines to oncogenesis, and global surveillance shows no causal trend. This is a textbook case of correlation misused as causation—statistical noise amplified into misinformation. Until replicated with proper controls and mechanistic evidence, the claim remains unsubstantiated.
  11. MAHA.......and not one single word on tobacco or alcohol.........makes you think!!
  12. Einstein’s use of the word “God” has often been misunderstood. He used it metaphorically to express awe at the universe’s complexity—not to endorse any religious doctrine. He once clarified, “The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses.”
  13. Religious freaks in the 21st century make me sick.
  14. Farce is the keyword.......!!! Can you imagine a gang of young lads piling into soi 4 and thinking ...oh it's 2:30....best hang back till 5pm. That, or the bars will just have to get their licensing sorted and comply.........if they can.
  15. I think the whole thing will just be ignored......as is the case so often over here.
  16. I say let the bone idle bar stewards starve.......why should anyone support anyone for anything? Food, healthcare, pensions, insurance of all forms, mortgages, loans..... Everyman, woman and child for themselves..........I'm sure the Christians amongst us would all agree.
  17. Could not agree more....total farce.........even if you ask to see a certificate would anyone know what they were looking at? But the law is the law.....it is now the drinkers responsibility.
  18. I can see this going one of two ways.... 1. Bars jump through the hoops to get a licence.......monetisation through regulation 2. The RTP have another revenue source.........monetisation through extortion
  19. Nope.....unless you can prove that the establishment has a certificate of special dispensation....your responsibility mind......then you are looking at a 10k fine
  20. Thank you. So sweet of you to say so. Sweet dreams.
