    There was no widespread or systematic effort to lay off executive department appointees. Obama’s administration focused on efficiency and reducing waste in government. Political appointees were less likely to face layoffs compared to career employees, as their roles were tied directly to the Obama’s agenda.

    Good point…..apart from way out in the countryside…..I have never had to relieve myself in a built up area…..there is no excuse for it. In the UK you can go on the sex offenders register if caught in a public place.
