How do you control or get rid of dog packs.
Will B Good replied to Donald Bright's topic in Plants, Pets & Vets in Thailand
999/1000 that is fine....however.....one of my daughters works with dogs and told me I had to carry a knife. She explained 'dad, if a dog really attacks you, no amount of beating it with a stick, spraying it with chemicals will stop it. If your not allowed a gun, at least carry a knife'.......bit scary. -

Nice to have it confirmed......I was thinking maybe it was a one off fluke with me, but having said that, I did have a flair up and 'bang' the naproxen sorted it straight off. I read that you can take one 500mg then you should drop back down to 250mg...????? -

Adam Schiff. Mortgage fraudster prepares to meet justice
Will B Good replied to SunnyinBangrak's topic in Political Soapbox
Agree..... Yes, several Republican politicians have faced legal issues related to financial misconduct, including fraud and misrepresentation, though not all cases involve mortgage fraud specifically. Here are some notable examples:() 1. Chris Collins (New York) Position: Former U.S. Representative for New York’s 27th congressional district. Charges: Insider trading and making false statements. Details: In 2018, Collins was arrested and charged with securities fraud and making false statements to the FBI. He allegedly tipped off his son about confidential information regarding a drug trial, leading to illegal stock trades. Collins resigned from Congress in 2019 and was sentenced to two years in prison. 2. Michael Grimm (New York) Position: Former U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th congressional district. Charges: Tax fraud, perjury, and hiring illegal immigrants. Details: In 2014, Grimm pleaded guilty to felony tax fraud and admitted to hiring undocumented workers at his restaurant. He resigned from Congress in 2015 and served eight months in prison. 3. Micky Hammon (Alabama) Position: Former Majority Leader of the Alabama House of Representatives. Charges: Mail fraud. Details: In 2017, Hammon pleaded guilty to using campaign funds for personal expenses, a scheme that occurred in 2013 and 2014. He was sentenced to three months in prison. 4. Joseph Harding (Florida) Position: Former Florida state representative. Charges: Wire fraud, money laundering, and making false statements. Details: In 2023, Harding pleaded guilty to defrauding the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) by falsifying loan applications to obtain over $150,000 in COVID-19 relief funds. He is scheduled for sentencing in 2025. 5. George Santos (New York) Position: U.S. Representative for New York’s 3rd congressional district. Charges: Wire fraud, money laundering, theft of public funds, and making false statements. Details: In 2023, Santos was indicted on multiple federal charges related to fraudulent activities during his congressional campaign, including misrepresenting his finances and diverting campaign funds for personal use. He has pleaded not guilty and faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted. -

Adam Schiff. Mortgage fraudster prepares to meet justice
Will B Good replied to SunnyinBangrak's topic in Political Soapbox
Legal experts have noted that mortgage fraud involves intentionally providing false information during the mortgage application process with the intent to deceive lenders. In Schiff’s case, there is no evidence to suggest that he intentionally misrepresented his primary residence with fraudulent intent. Moreover, the absence of formal charges or legal proceedings further complicates the assertion of criminal wrongdoing. -

Just had trochanteric bursitis.......nearly in tears for three days....took paracetamol, nothing, ibuprofen, nothing.....then one of my kids gave me a single naproxen......within two hours I was fit enough to run a marathon....it was truly amazing. -
I guess you must have encountered plenty of Thai bureaucracy in your time.......so I dread to think what it would be like to get a firearms licence for SWMBO. Probably why many Thais carry illegal guns.
-
They will kiss, but I suspect only in the expectation of a decent return for their efforts. I get the impression kissing is not really "a thing" amongst Thais in the same way as it is with Westerners. I would feel exactly the same as you.......not really the done thing.

Classed as firearms and come under the same regulations as an AK47.......Foreigners have been banned since 2017
