Will B Good

Just had mine repainted in the UK. The guy sanded down all the plaster work with a huge sanding m/c.....then painted with primer and top coat........looks really good. He said that the sanding was essential to clean the surfaces properly before painting.....could have been lying of course.

Which reads....."our profits might not be as huge as expected as we are having to pay people a reasonable wage/salary".........boo hoo.

Yes...... it is incredibly quiet past 7pm....dead, unless, as you say, there's an event......then all hell breaks loose.....for days.

Wife had a 'surround' fashioned for her amulet (a lucky one???) by a Thai gold shop a good few years ago..........B40k. Just been to sell it and she's been told it is not even gold (how we laughed).........by which they probably mean it is 9 carat....I think?? So a word of warning from the stupid (us) to anyone looking to do something similar.......make sure you get the real deal. Land of Scams
