Does the 90 day report reset when you get a new extension-of-stay (O-A) ? I did my last 90 day in Dec and then got an extension in Feb. I just got a reminder from Immigration to do my 90 day report in March ?? I guess if I have to do it in March it will be a visit to Immigration rather than online ???? as its the first 90-day following an extension.

Nope, they haven't. After 4 days of trying (and 4 hours total of being 'on hold' - apparently they give no priority to overseas callers - the best I got from Customer Service was "Oh, this sometimes happens and we don't know why". I am changing to Combank on my next home visit.

This story is almost identical to my own. I have been with NAB for 50 years but when the same problem began a couple of months ago they were unable to provide a solution. I get SMS from a number of banks/companies but my only problem is with NAB. I too got an AIS card and it works without problem.

I recently decided to change from the lump sum to monthly deposits for my next extension. I transfer money from Australia via Wise to my Kasikorn account. Below is a copy of the entry in last months statement showing the deposit as "Trade Finance Deposit" - I have no idea what that means. Yesterday i made my first transfer from an Australian bank to my Kasikorn account following the directions provided above - funds for long term stay thailand. Impressively the funds arrived in my account in seconds but there is no sign of an FTT annotation on my statement, the 'description' says "Trade Finance Deposit". Can anybody tell me if that is the same as FTT and is acceptable to Immigration for visa purposes? TIA

What is the process for changing from the requirement to have 800k in the bank when extending Non-O, to 65k per month transfer from OS? Do I have to maintain the required deposit amounts until I have established 12 months of incoming 65k payments or can I let the 800k slip below the requirements? TIA

It is still more than double what you would pay in Bangkok and other large cities in Thailand. Amazing that they are still trying to rip off tourists even though there are no tourists TIT.
