How would that be even possible. You can't dictate what people eat. Only through education, though still up to the person to follow those common sense diet ideas. Think everyone knows already, too much sugar, fats or simply calories in general that are NOT burned off is unhealthy. They simply just don't care, if taking some of the folks waddling around is any indication. Any mirror in the house usually points out the obvious.

One thing, only thing, I like about the general in charge, he is not BIB friendly. He did change the way FAKE traffic check points operated, and the only 'maybe' corruption I was exposed to. Fake speeding fines, no citation or a simple receipt with little info on it, for accounting. I say maybe, as most times I was speeding anyway, but stopped and no speed gun or camera as proof, just happened to be in the right lane, so assumed speeding. Yes, it happened way back when. All that changed in 2015 ish, as checkpoints needed to be manned by more than 1 or 2, signed with why checking, along with a supervisor on hand. Literally stopped the scam overnight. ???? This extortion of 27k is outrageous, and more so, thinking how many didn't speak up and get publicized. Brings back flashbacks of the airport & duty free scams of years past. Vindicates so many of past scams reported, that many doubted. Some like myself, have thought just maybe, they stopped the silliness ... apparently not. LOS ... Silliness & Scams .... SHAMEFUL

As I may have stated 1 or 10 times, major plus for me, having the EV, it gets us O&A (Out & About). With the ICE, we probably wouldn't bother, since costing at least ฿350 for just a 100kms daytrip, let alone any further. Not a whole lot worth paying that for to see, a viewpoint, coffee shop, different bay. Not on a special trip anyway, maybe if in the neighborhood. Well, maybe for those pancakes ... damn they were tasty. Just a few we took for January, daytrip or overnight, of ~100kms or more:

Finally broke that 600kWh ceiling for the month. Though it did take a few long day trips (4 (100-200kms), and 1 overnight (270kms) with the EV to do.

Season 1 was quite good. Was surprised to see a season 2, as thought S1 had closure. Can't see where S2 would go, and after 3 episodes, still can't, ???? so I stopped watching.

When it's not an amicable split .. yea, that does seem to be the norm now. I know more guys the got booted with the restraining order than not, when getting divorces. None that I know, or even suspected, were violent or abusive. Those that had teenage kids, who got to decide who they wanted to live with, chose dad .... nuff said. Or did so at 18 yrs old. Not exactly alternative energy, but usually a topic with EVs & charging overnight. First, applies to PEA, Amphur Muang, Prachuap Khiri Khan (PKK) ... YMMV ... digital meters, are only that, digital display. Useless for anything else, and not T.O.U. meter (combo) ... for PKK ... ALL new (& replaced) meters are, will be digital. ... ฿4000+ for installation of a TOU Meter ... along with silly monthly service charge (฿300+) ... 1+ month Q for install ... maybe. Wife has a fact sheet, if much different, I'll edit. Popped in to pay our 2kW/unit PEA bill, so she asked about TOU meter. Came out with info sheet and from memory, posted. She did say they need to install a new meter, which I though silly, we have a digital, surely it does both. She goes back in and told ... NO. Meter doesn't do a damn thing extra, useful. Quite the surprise actually, as you'd think it would have a chipset, memory, and different programs for different uses. Obviously we won't be getting as totally silly. Unless using a lot of electric overnight, would be hard, impossible for us to get any return from the 4000+ along with a 300+ service fee. Solar & granny charger is fine (free) for the EV. Even the 'Wall Charger' if used 0-100% would only be ฿250 ish on present meter. TOU Monthly servie charge ฿300+. So paying 300+ to save ฿125 (1/2 overnight rate) ... hmm ... NO THANKS IF considering solar on/off/hybrid ... expect to get a digital meter vs one that will backspin. IF you don't, kudos for you, but don't bet on it getting a non digital meter.

OK, so you live here, now, but don't own an EV. Before I owned an EV, I didn't see any CSs either. go figure. Thankfully, my ignorance kept me from getting an EV till 2022. Cheaper & better than earlier versions I may have purchased in 2019/2020 when buying our last ICE. Ignorance is Bliss ... ???? According to Ms Google, there's about 4000 CSs for 660,000 EVs in the UK ... 165 EVs per CS 1000 (?) CSs for 5000 (?) EVs in TH ... 5 EVs per CS Maybe double that next year, so 10 to 1 ratio, maybe. Best guess with what I could find, but points out, TH has a ways to go before we need to worry. At present, just a wee bit of planning/reserving during long weekends, if my reading is correct. I've yet to see a Q at any CS, but I don't do weekends.

People may want to supply links to sales in PM, and only to people with profiles older than ganga law change. Could be why online shops are closing ... no need to help PoPo. If I was a licensed shop, selling the same for ฿500+ / gr, a phone call to PoPo would be the easiest way to get rid of the reasonably priced (<฿10/gr) online competition.

Also bought brick weed (red string(?) @ ฿8/gr ... excellent & no dirt.

My first vehicle purchase was a VW van. Slept in that many nights. I was strange teenager. Most go for 'show' cars to impress, I went for practical. Next down the line was a station wagon, for same reason, ability to sleep in it. Great for weekends, and camping, and if you happen to have a krappy home life. Handy for those too much alcohol nights.

You're 79 years old ... sell the damn thing, unless your partner will need for income after you ascend to the next dimension.

I'd definitely have to add some solar & ESS ... .. which case, really glad I got the EV, cramped, but paid for, and multi-purpose. Cross my mind more than a few times to buy a Carry & convert, or go 2nd hand. AC was the stumbling point. Was one locally on FB Marketplace, all set up w/solar & cheap. Advert didn't of ph# or sell contact info. Good thing, as I probably would have bought it, and having the EV now, would have regretted it.

One news blip was a bit strange, as hubby set up a 'go fund' account...for the kids, which sounds a bit off. As I Googled, and she had a net worth of $5 mill. Way too young ... R I P
