Not only UK, many other European countries have this same type of individuals.. Here things are very simple . One hit a parked tuk tuk.. . Full gang were on bikes, no helmet, surely no insurance neither proper driving licence and half drunk . One guy decides to hit the tuk tuk victim instead of nicely find an agreement regarding compensation.. Tuk tuk driver might have asked too much..but quietly talking with him surely could have solved the problem.. and if legally covered..it could have been an insurance issue. Problem is this type of kid have limited education, supporting parents who allow them to badly behave, used to wrong European behaviour, used to lenient court decisions in Europe, thought they can do anything in Thailand, and the bad habit to think punching solves problems and doesn t have consequences.. One day you have to pay the bill and take a good lesson. And yes, better for them they fled the scene and surely better for them to leave Phuket before meeting the tuk tuk gang I have no compassion for this type of guy.. Have a good day

Hello, To repair a teak wood door I need a teak wood molding approximately 2 meters long per 4/5 centimeters width.. Any idea where it could be available.. Moldings in homepro are mainly in plastic.. Hello, Finally this gentleman reached even 1/2 early with 2 employees..Cardboaxes were ready but they had to pack a very big TV, small fridge, fragile coffee table , electric armchairs, various paintings statues etc.. everything entered the big pick up..they even took 2 office armchairs extra .. all this to move 10 Kms away, took plastics off, put everything in place and went, total 2000 bahts 3 persons, 3 hours and a half total, nothing broken..I recommend. Hello, Went through Upholstery Pro Pattaya I found on internet... Excellent job on a dirty bedspring.. This lady speaks fluent English.. I sent her snap of the bedspring but she preferred to come and check if she could get a good result.. She gave a quotation 1200 for king-size bed including bedspring and mattress steam cleaning.. they then dry it.. (2 ladies) She had some time, so did it immediately when she was there.. Looks as good as when brand new.. Good and quick job for a good price. I hired them to make a big cleaning of my full condo..2000 bahts one day job,with really deep cleaning. Hello I think that older condos (some at least) are of much better quality.. Also you can easily see which neighbors you have.. We are in an old well maintained condo outside Jomtien, away from a major road or soi and it is really quiet and peaceful..few units occupied as majority of co owners live in Bgk, don t rent and hardly show up .. So I think it's possible to find quiet condos if you really check not only visiting one time but checking at different time and days. Have a good weekend

Hello, Did the same process in Jomtien in August.. Yes the lady wants the file in right order according to her list.. At the end were told we would receive a SMS saying to come to proceed the visa within 2 weeks and if not received to come and see them the expiry day of visa exempt.. We received a phone message, came, they took our passports and told to come back next day to pick it up.. Got 3 months.. we will ask 1 year extension next week. Have a good day

Don t forget they might be closed today (Buddhist Lens) and might be closed Thursday and Friday (not sure about immigration but it's a long weekend) If it is the case they might be very busy next week beginning.... Went last week around 11 and not busy at all..the lady checking the extensions files didn't have a single "customer" Have a good day

Good morning.. First of all did you exit Thailand with a "re entry permit" ? If not when you come back you will enter on visa exempt .. and could apply for non O in immigration submitting all documents they need minimum 15 days before your permission of stay expires.. If you had a re entry except if your OA was issued less than one year ago (which would allow you a 1 year time) airport mmigration will stamp only till November 22nd and tell you to extend your stay for one year in your local immigration.. In this case just do a visa run without applying for re entry in immigration..your OA will be cancelled you enter on visa exempt and apply for O in your local office. We did it last August and process was smooth (Jomtien) Apparently some people get issues in Samui (read one post about it) Have a good weekend

Hello We did the process 6 weeks ago in Jomtien..simple, no issue.. Just one thing come with ALL required documents well put in order according to the list... this helps not to upset the lady in charge who obviously hates people coming without a complete and well ordered file.. Google map not allowed..she asked us to make a design by hand in front of her.. All together 30 minutes including payment..Said we would receive a SMS within 2/3 weeks to confirm visa was accepted.. Went, gave passport and were told to pick it up next day.. Finished.. We will apply for one year extension within a month Have a good day

We are extremely satisfied..it is a couple in their 60s working together.. very good professional, knows what he does, handy with machines.. no noise, no chat.. reaches at 7 and works non stop.. able to see by himself what has to be done.. Also, knows to use a high pressure cleaner.. As both work, half day was enough for us but of course they prefer to work full day, so, we take him every alternate week a full day. They don t speak any English and from beginning told they don t want "farang hassle".. Told my maid they were scared we would speak too much with them, give orders, complain etc.. which we don t do..
