It's the yearly extension, and I'm using CW in Bangkok. Is it 45 days? My current stamp expires on Feb 11, and we have booked an appointment at CW for this Friday Jan 9. Just wanted to double check that we're not being too early. Thanks in advance!

Hello. I recently went to extend my Non-O stay based on marriage, and got the appointment to collect the final stamp tomorrow - Feb 12. However, I realized just now tomorrow is a Thai public holiday. Is there a way to check if CW immigration will be open tomorrow? And in the case that it's not open, will I be penalized for going on the Feb 13 instead? Getting a bit worried...

Hello everyone, this is for the application of extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai wife. If my TM.30 address is registered in the same address as my wife's house registration, do I understand correctly that I do not need to provide a rental agreement and/or ID of the house owner? I can just use my wife's ID and house register in the application?

I should be fine then. :) Was just wondering if I would need a record in the new TM30 system they launched a while ago.

CW office. I've been reporting TM47 using the same address. What is unbroken permission of stay?

I use the CW office. Does anyone know if, for CW particularly, my updated Kor Ror 2 needs to be dated to the same day I'll be applying for the extension? I planned to go get the updated Kor Ror a few days beforehand... do I just ask the officer to date the Kor Ror 2 to a specific date?
