I hope they dump sand / silt on it, and scoop it up. Worst thing is to try to wash it off. They’ll whitewash the klongs for kilometers, no politicians involved. -

What about taking the AC power supply to the user device and limiting the DC cable length ?

Giardia, cryptosporidium, or C. Diff infection can all produce a month or more of diarrhea from what i read. MIL’s dog got a giardia infection - a month of doggy nappies and multiple rounds of drugs before it was cleared up. Darn near killed the dog.

5 individual wires and a few meters of heat shrink or pull in conduit/poly tube or place in panduit on wall ? if you have that much current, heat might be an issue over time, so i would consider the insulation temperature rating for full conduit rather than air.

Then a Square U bolt bracket and flat plate with a bulge for tensioning should work. Otherwise, the square reinforced concrete poles i have seen around the world had sleeves where through bolts were required. here is an example- note the angles of the clamps

Look at the far right picture . Pair of stainless band clamps anchoring. If the concrete pole has any taper, that should work if the manufacturer gives it as an option for attaching.
