  1. clearly, yes, "just have a go" was the purpose here???? but it gave me the opportunity to explain the whole picture to this audience. So thank you, @marin
  2. Excessive, I get it, it's a big program, but what exactly is "inaccurate hyperbole"? You asked about our vision and track record of social engagement, so here it is ????
  3. Once you are exhausted of visa runs, its danger, costs, and uncertainty, and want to work and live in Thailand in a fully compliant way, come visit https://sprout.coop, we have alternatives.
  4. The ThaiSprout Program founders are Josh from IMT Group Co., Ltd and myself, Robert "Rosho" Hopp, Managing Partner of InterTaG Co., Ltd, together with dozens of other entrepreneurs from many countries, for which we provided BOI Smart T or S visas. The community is run by our companies, both Social Enterprises, reinvesting 100% of our profits in social projects, under the Social Enterprise Promotion Act 2019 by King Rama X. We are just launching our Sprout.coop community website, containing SproutBook, an equivalent of Facebook, but internal to our members. From their profiles, the members have access to the Talad.Sprout e-commerce platform marketplace (like Lazada), with auction option (like eBay), NFT and crypto marketplace, employment agency and job opportunities (like LinkedIn), events marketplace (like Eventbrite), financial services in our in-house bank, Money.Sprout, crypto services, fund-raising for non-profits, NGOs, foundations (we count the Royal Family Foundation among our connections). We also created Hedge Fund as a Service to finance projects of all kind, we just signed with the Blue Helicopter Foundation, which is the helicopter pilot and instructor of King Rama IX building a museum for 25 M THB. Our members can also have their websites hosted for free on Social.Sprout. We have a partnership with the Federation of Cooperative to bring the 8000 cooperatives wit 12 million members in Thailand in the digital world, showcase them on Sprout.coop, provide micro credits and credit union services at a fraction of the cost of classic banks, who currently monopolize the sector. We partner with the 70 Million Thai royal project, which was started under King Rama IX but then became dormant, to restart the program under King Rama X, providing wisdom and guidance tokens, both offline and online. Further on, we are building a social food order and delivery platform (like Grab), a social logistics platform to syndicate the thousands of decentralized logistic providers. We build a payment platform with our in-house ThaiSprout Coin (THSP) and wallet to enable crypto payments for our members in shops, transportation, etc. Academy.Sprout will be our learning and booking platform off-line and online teaching. You are welcome to contact me and visit https://sprout.coop/ from where you can see all our social initiatives.
  5. My apologies! I corrected by saying I took it personally, while it was not. Other people here were accusing us of fraud and scam, so I was a little touchy ???? (these posts were now deleted by moderator)
  6. We are not an EOR Business , our innovative process is different and I am happy to explain solutions for your particular case face to face and take out the complexity.
  7. I was a bit fast to take this personally... yes you are right, this visa run system is illegal. Hence, I propose solutions for those who depend on it, because they don't know that there are legal ways to live and work in Thailand.
  8. Where does this accusation come from? There is no fraud here, completely legal and transparent. Why don't you schedule a call with me and tell me what you think you know? Accusing people of fraud publicly is illegal, on the other hand.
  9. We are doing many things and among those we sponsor or provide BOI Smart visas through our organisation, you need to contact us with your situation and projects. Every case is different. Line rosho.world or book a call https://tidycal.com/rosho
  10. active people can have long-term visas through our Community of Entrepreneurs https://sprout.coop
  11. @hydraides you may want to see with us (intertag.org) about Smart visa solutions. I need to know more about your projects, and how they can fit in our Community of Entrepreneurs sprout.coop. Book a call! https://tidycal.com/rosho
  12. @doctoor decan, Goedendag/Bonjour. My company https://intertag.org is specialized in expat business services. I came myself to Thailand 8 months ago and created a BOI (Board of Investment) startup with a Smart visa. We can help with cost-effective long-term compliance solutions, see here: https://aseannow.com/topic/1292601-innovative-and-cost-effective-compliance-solutions-for-digital-nomads-freelancers-startups-entrepreneurs/ We can help to get you tax exemptions, 100% foreign-owned companies, no 4-Thai-for-1-foreign employment rule and a few more perks. All depends on your line of business and project. You are welcome to contact us for free consultation. Rosho
  13. Intertag Ltd and partner IMT Group Co Ltd have a track record of 25 successful out of 25 BOI applications, this year. I have a Smart S visa myself and run these 25 Smart Talent visa holders under service contract. We don't use the non-B and work permit system, as Smart visa holders are exempt from work permits. Our Social Enterprise status and having a Thai partner in the tech industry seem to make it easier for us. Sorry to hear about your misadventures, I know from personal experience that some local lawyers can get it badly wrong occasionally. If ever you have new projects, we will be happy to assist you!
  14. At https://InterTaG.org we have built a legal framework for anyone working in the Kingdom under the umbrella of a Social Enterprise, reinvesting 70% of our profits back into the 4000+ Royal social projects. We employ freelancers or digital nomads for a 12% service fee on a salary that we pay out monthly and pay their taxes directly to the Revenue Dep. (WHT). We use the BOI Smart Talent visa, endorsing and sponsoring the members of our community of entrepreneurs. This is different from the classic EOR (Employer of Records) business, which takes 30/35% of the existing revenues of the freelancers/digital nomads. We create an additional value stream for them and provide additional business opportunities within our network. This way, everyone contributes to Thailand's development. Social Enterprises (SE) were created by King Rama IX, opening a new way of development in between the non-profit and profit-oriented companies, which could auto-finance development projects. A SE can take donations like an NGO, is not subject to VAT, but pays a Special Business Tax on the remaining 30% of the profit that is not reinvested in development projects. Ourselves, we work on a social digital project called ThaiSprout Program, aiming to give a digital economic platform to the 8000 cooperatives with 12 million primarily rural members. We also help tech startups like ourselves to obtain a BOI certificate which leads to 100% foreign-owned companies, no 4 Thai for 1 foreigner employed rule, 8 to 11 years of tax exemption, and can buy 100% foreign-owned land. Consult us for your projects. We gladly assist!
  15. InterTaG, an employment agency and Social Enterprise, part of the Thai Sprout Program, can provide Smart Talent visas coming with work authorization for such purposes. We have very cost-effective solutions for active people, digital nomads, etc. in Thailand. These visas can be delivered to any country with a Thai Consulate, before entering, or picked up in Bangkok. You may contact us over our website https://thailand-success.solutions Rosho
  16. If you apply directly, maybe not. But you would work for our company, which falls under the BOI targeted industries. For a detailed analysis, you need to talk to us, and send a passport copy and a CV. You are welcome to book a free call with Rosho on our website.
  17. You should take a look at the Smart visa service that we offer. We can advise you (schedule a free call) and find cost-effective solutions. https://thailand-success.solutions Our system is entirely different from classic EOBs: we don't take any money from your existing clients, while we heard that EOBs take 30 or 35% or 600 to 1000 USD monthly for their payroll services. EOB business is certainly legit but not the most cost-effective. We charge a 12% service fee on an ADDITIONAL salary that we pay you monthly on a service contract with our Social Enterprise. If you work for us, find clients or do other jobs for our growing community of entrepreneurs, you will have nothing to pay back to us, which is our goal. If not, you must pay back your remaining salary balance to us. A 3% WHT (Withholding Tax) for the Revenue Department applies. Most of our Talents perceive a monthly 100KTHB, with a minimum of 50KTHB (-3%WHT) salary on their payslip with us. No other tax or social security are to pay on these revenues. How do we do this? Because of our status: Our Employment Agency is a BOI-recognized high-tech Social Enterprise (google it), reinvesting 70% of our revenues into social projects. Our sponsoring and endorsement for your BOI Smart Talent visa cost 65 KTHB on-off for one year, plus 10 KTHB for the BOI. Any questions? Ping Rosho and let’s talk.
  18. @bobble07you may want to take a look at the Smart visa service that we offer. We can advise you (schedule a free call) and find cost-effective solutions. https://thailand-success.solutions
  19. We can have you Smart visas, no financial requirements, allowing you to work, multi-entry, renewable, through our Social Enterprise Cooperative. If our solutions are unknown to the many, they are valid alternatives for active people of any age. They allow to legally work in Thailand and join a network of people developing the country.
  20. As the disclaimer says: do it yourself, through a "certified" agency or anyone else who can help, us for example? There are choices in terms of service and pricing that everyone has to make.
  21. I am a sponsor, as you can see on my badge. Helping people with our innovative and widely unknown solutions, spending Sunday afternoons with it and trying to make an honest living with it. OK for you?
  22. As a Social Enterprise Cooperative, equivalent to a State Agency, we can sponsor Smart visas from the BOI. The cost is 65,000 THB/year. The Smart visa comes with a work authorization, multi-entry, and is renewable. Until the end of May we run a promotion at 55,000 THB. Check out https://thailand-success.solutions. Our website is <deleted>ty but our service is good ????
  23. Happy to get your input and help, conscious of the problem ????
  24. one more solution is the Smart visa that we can sponsor through our cooperative. It is the most flexible solution, allowing to work. Rosho
  25. Same here, I'm over 50, but I want to work and make some side jobs, without being afraid of police and immigration. That is why I changed my retirement visa into a Smart Visa. It gives me the work authorization (exemption of work permit).
