I pay cheap rent (I don't live in Sydney or Melbourne) get assistance with electricity, pay nothing for water which is included in my rent of 240AUD per week, have not had a rent increase for 7 years now still travel to Asia twice a year just on my pension. Pay 13AUD for 4 litres of wine what more do I need? The climate is nice so I can't complain. So why would I move back?
