not really correct. Gambling on card games is technically illegal. I have gambled at Muay Tai events, at the horse races and at the big cock fighting events held weekly. Gambling on bull fighting and fish fighting is also legal on certain days of the week barring Buddhist holidays. And of course the government lottery. I have also gambled on other games at temple festivals, but outside the temple walls in a tarped off area on occassions which i think might also be illegal but accepted. Pound for pound the Thais are a lot tougher physically, and a lot fitter with a lot of manual labour in the heat as opposed to Fatty Farang with the big beer guts. And mentally. Fatty Farang is usually about done after 15 minutes. Anyway, if you get a drunken idiot in the west at a nightclub etc, the whole security team helps out to subdue the idiot. There is no one on one as you imagine.

Saw my business acquaintence last night who is planning on marrying a drunken bargirl and buying her a house to live with in Petchabun. Well not really. It just helps with picking up girls which is a better alternative than paying to go slops with a bar girl. You dont need to get married. You dont need to pay. Just play and when bored move on to the next one. It is very easy.

I have had dozens of Thai women with real jobs. There are millions of them. Try looking outside tourist bar areas. Try one of the many big factory zones. Literally thousands of women under 40, usually living away from their village ( so are not concerned about village gossip) You are missing out big time. And on average a lot better than the dark skinned, tattooed midgets with kids that you will find in beer bars.

Renting out long term is hardly worth it. Almost better off keeping your money in a savings aaccount the rents are that low. Short term rentals is where the money is if you do it right. You need to set it up well though for easiness for your guests. Have a good taxi driver on call and pre agreed fares to locations on a list in the condo. Saves them having to haggle. Have a selection of food delivery places etc etc Have a friendly helpful cleaning lady. Good luck.

After being sexually used and abused by thousands of desperate perverts throughout her entire adult life she most likely has PTSD like symptoms. The kids will know, their friends will know, the marriage will probably not last and the kids will end up being dead s41ts. Possibly will use the love for his kids against him.
