And the research you have to back that up is where?
Your 'knowledge' seems to be unknown to researchers and health experts such as Dr Peter Attia, Dr Rhonda Patrick, Dr Andrew Huberman, Dr Andy Galpin and a host of others who specifically research exercise and human biochemistry and physiology.
In fact, the body seems to respond in a positive way to physical stress. Lifting heavy weights results in the body producing more testosterone and more HGH, which strengthens blood vessels. Bones become stronger and the body senses the need for more calcium due to the stress.
Lifting mega heavy weights runs the risk of an aneurysm... exactly what this guy died from

Ask city hall
I already know the plans that city hall have and why they are making this change to the traffic pattern... I was looking for your divine input... nothing?

You doubt it? Is that supposed to be a convincing reply? Don't tell me. Your guess is... Could be that ... I'll bet 300 on... Even City Hall weren't able to come up with any figures for the alleged accident rate on Thepprasit. The point is, Thepprasit is a highly commercialised road. There are shops and businesses and Sois the whole length of it on both sides of the road. Access to these is now seriously restricted. You have to travel 100s of metres up the road in order to U turn to get back to where you want. Those businesses are going to suffer no end. It's not like Nua which has relatively few commercial establishments. God forbid they try this on Tai or Klang. Or 3rd. In addition, the central reservation takes up valuable road space. It's not a help. It's a hindrance. It's now a major problem, not a solution.
Since you are the authority on the divider please share your divine wisdom... the long range plan please.

The best place to get it is in Thailand... if you are going to Vietnam, enter visa free for 15 days... fly to Thailand visa exempt for 30 days... while here in Thailand get 60 tourist visa... simple and covers all your time requirements

People managed perfectly well until they put those blocks in.
I doubt it... the curbs were put in in order to stop people from making dangerous turns anywhere that they pleased and to keep traffic flowing... doesn't it amaze you that people in Thailand think it is ok to ignore everyone else when driving... sort of like when they stop for lunch and can't even pull completely off the right of way so that they are not blocking traffic.

Going thru Bangkok Bank or any bank is the most expensive way to transfer money... not only in the amount of fees but also in exchange rate differential... Deemoney is the best... Western Union next best... Swift least.

I doubt you'd find many Thais that would know where and who to report you to. Been here 18 years coming and as much as I get seen working around my house/garden I've never been reported.
As of right now and in the past as well , working around your own home has never been not allowed... so no, you wouldn't be reported and if you were the RTP wouldn't waste their time... however that too may change.
-
Disgruntled customer or neighbor reported you for "working as a farang"... when they saw your work permit they were deflated.

Hmm ... about the destruction of the environment , one species is clearly dominant in this ...
May be should better be killed and eaten by ( the last surviving ) wildlife ...?
There you go again with the schoolyard reasoning... well so and so did it... they are not intertwined nor dependent one upon the other.

I say what I want , I do what I want , what you people think about it ... could not care less ...
Calling me self-righteous because of what I say , is a sign of arrogance , and arrogance is linked to stupidity .
Not if what you are saying is self righteous... and arrogant... thus making it seem that stupidity is coming across from you... say what you want but live with the consequences.

My body is similar to Jo's.
But i dont use steroids. Just eat a high protein diet and lift mega heavy weights.
It aint rocket surgery.
Every time that you strain to lift a mega heavy weight you strain the capillaries and arteries carrying your blood supply... it doesn't make them stronger... it weakens them until they fail... your choice

She was distracted (either drunk or phone) and drifted into the median... good thing it stopped her... she may have hit head on another car coming the other direction and killed them both.

I admire the Thai immigration policy.
They have it set up to benefit their own country -- as it should.
But does it really benefit the country... or does it tie it down to the third world for a longer period of time... IMHO it retards growth

How would some of the bashers on here do in a Thai golf tourney if all the rules/deviations were written in Thai.....so i guess overall to be safe better have a caddy and a translator?
I would simply read the rules using a translate app... after all I am a professional and that's part of being so.

Amazing how ignorant you are, again assuming, which is a huge sign of ignorance if you didn't already know. Gravity is a theory and a law, for your sake to maybe learn instead of posting your opinions. You again, are going by what some scientists have said, which is gullible. Having some evidence means they have a clue, having proof means proven. Having a gaseous atmosphere doesn't mean it can support life, and I assume you knew this? You can choose to not to believe in God, although we as believers have faith. His proof is in what we see daily. If you think all of the universe's and world's wonders, the different species, how the earth is exactly the right distance from the sun for life to exist, the human brain and body and the bodies of animals, and how they work, regarding food, air and water, and somehow think this all happened by itself, that's a lack of common sense. There are sadly many like you out there, that can't think for themselves and have to be followers of other humans. You, and the rest of the non believers, that have maybe been hurt by someone in their childhoods, who pushed religion on you in an abusive way, or maybe lost a friend or family member and said no way a God would allow this, will all find out when you pass, and then it might be too late to understand where you went wrong. And by the way it's spelled illiterate. And laughing to yourself doesn't help your cause.

The thumbs-down emoji was removed because it was used by stalkers.
I am not sure I like the feature of being able to identify emoji posters being removed, although I suppose it saves me trouble of asking sad and confused posters why. It also saves them from formulating an incoherent response.
So mommy is needed to protect us from "stalkers"... we are not smart enough to do it... also, we are not smart enough to deal with confused people... like I stated... it's participation trophyism at its finest.

Last year I had strange behavior from my brake caliper with two pistons...
Took it to the guy I know and made him check everything I wanted, he first told me all okay - typical Thai "mai pen rai" attitude...! But on further careful examination, it turned out one of the pistons was stuck and wouldn't come out. I got him to remove the caliper and pads, block the good piston, push the leaver many times until it finally came out...., Then cleaned it a bit and tested it....!
You need to stand there watch them like a hawk, and tell them what exactly to do..., otherwise it's a waste of time with this lot...! ????
OR do it yourself... it's not that difficult.
