I never understood, why farangs ride a motor bike in Thailand? Most even without helmet. Looks cool. Are they on a trip committing suicide? Or like to walk on crutches for the rest of their life? Or life time crippled? I can't see this being a desirable future. An IQ test before entering Thailand could avoid these fatalities. 🙏

No. It's not necessary for liver check ups when taking statins. Unless you got issues prior to statin medication. Latest research shows even a beneficial effect on liver carcinoma. Of course a change in life style habits is a plus (exercise, healthy food, weight reduction aso)

No News at all. There are fires in the National parks behind DOI Suthep. I don't know if the govt. sent Helis/special planes to extinguish the fire with water or chemicals? A plan for the future would be appreciated. However,.....😵‍💫

Well, you know that in every lab at least one person is only responsible for documentation according ISO and data protection Act. As long as a robot take samples and labels are printed everything works smoothly. But as I stated, when it comes to human beings putting there fingers into the automatic process things might go wrong. However, after having implemented the ISO, coming with tons of formulars things turned to the better. The error rate was going to 0.0x %.

Maybe in your area? Nowadays labs are working fully automatic, just to avoid misreadings or misinterpretation or other mistakes. But I admit mistakes could happen where human beings are at work.

Good decision to continue taking those statins. You take it in the evening before sleeping? Also change your habits of eating. Probably your doctor told you already what to eat and what to avoid. Avoid the alc of course/beer. And....start for exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. Statins are known for minor side effects only. (Pain in legs/bones. Therefore administer at the night)

I agree with you to a certain extent. Every country got their own laws and rules but also customs and values. Steeling will be punished by cut off your hand, in other countries you'll get a warning, fine, or probation. So, here in Thailand the respect is important, based on Buddhism. We all know many crimes are induced by taking drugs or alcohol. And here we come to "losing face", what is most important issue in Asian. Many Thai's wouldn't tell you what they really think of you. But you, as a farang, would tell them bluntly to be an 'idiot"? I think we should change our attitudes and behaviour when we are here in Thailand. We are not here to change Thai people. So more tolerance would cause less clashes.

You forgot to mention the salt intake. Don't eat too much salt! Also important to raise your legs, a bit higher than your heart. And last give some soft massage from the bottom up. Only if this will have no effect you might consider to see a hospital.!!
