  1. Easy answer: As you probably know life expectancy did not exceed 40 years in general (even around 30). So cancer as we know it nowadays was unknown because the people died before. And referring to my link: you can have more saying the same. (WHO eg) and other national ones. It's common sense that consuming red meat (as British breakfasts) including cold cuts as sausages is connected to a higher risk of cancer.
  2. I did it within 1 day (yellow Book) and 1 week for the pink card
  3. Independent of your lifestyle! There is a higher risk of getting cancer if consuming red meat and processed red meat. Read here: there are many other studies, a recent one from Singapore. https://academic.oup.com/ije/article/49/5/1540/5894731?login=false
  4. Red meat? Not advisable ever. Cancer related
  5. Yes, that's also on my agenda. Pumpkin seeds and saw palmetto extract.
  6. Some patients will feel an ease after a week, some after a month.
  7. Maybe I'm annoying, but I would like to come back what I pointed out: You admitted not to do or dislike sports? Well, you have to overcome yourself. And I'm convinced with a little bit of special exercise your conditions will improve: Pelvic floor training is a completely unknown area for many men. That's why you first have to find out how you feel the pelvic floor. Exercises: finding the pelvic floor. A simple basic exercise helps: act as if you wanted to stop the stream of urine and contract the corresponding muscles a few times. Then squeeze your buttocks several times. The area between the muscles you have just contracted one after the other is the one that matters. This is the perineum, which consists primarily of pelvic floor muscles. You can train this area unnoticed in everyday life, while standing at the bus stop, talking on the phone, brushing your teeth, at the checkout in the supermarket or even while sitting at your desk or in front of the TV. You want to give a try?
  8. Thank for openly describing your problem. One last remark: do you do exercises as I mentioned?
  9. The question; what kind of prostatistis? Two I described already. Here the third: If chronic abacterial prostatitis (chronic pelvic pain syndrome) is present, antibiotic therapy is usually ineffective. In the case of inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome, it is worth trying antibiotics despite the lack of evidence of a pathogen, as improvement can sometimes be achieved. In the case of non-inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome, however, doctors do not recommend antibiotic therapy. Other treatment approaches for chronic abacterial prostatitis are so-called 5α-reductase inhibitors such as finasteride or dutasteride, pentosan polysulfate and herbal medicines (phytotherapeutics) such as quercetin or pollen extract. If these do not achieve improvement, medical therapy is supplemented with physical therapy. Exercise therapy, pelvic floor exercises or regular prostate massage are recommended here. Microwave heat therapy can also be used to stimulate increased blood flow to the tissue, which reduces pain. Do you think you suffer from abacterial prostatitis? In many cases patients are a bit lazy with exercises. Only labs can find out.
  10. Of course nobody will give you here a proper diagnosis or treatment proposals. That's against all rules. However, it's important to know where and how your proplem startet. Only a qualified urologist can give you advise. It's common sense that in about ten percent of cases, the cause is an infection of the prostate with bacteria (bacterial prostatitis). The bacteria enter the prostate either via the blood (hematogenous) or from neighboring organs such as the bladder or urethra (ascending), where they trigger the inflammatory reaction. The Escherichia coli bacterium (E. coli), which is found primarily in the human intestine, is the most common cause of prostate inflammation. Klebsiella, enterococci, or mycobacteria also cause prostatitis. Sexually transmitted bacterial pathogens such as chlamydia, trichomonads, or gonococci (in the case of gonorrhea) are also possible causes. In chronic prostatitis, the bacteria in the prostate evade the defenses of the human immune system in a way that is not yet fully understood. This allows the germs to colonize the prostate permanently. Antibiotics also have relatively little effect on prostate tissue, which may encourage the bacteria to survive in the prostate. So, please discuss your case with your doctor.
  11. I met my Thai wife in France. She worked for a construction office, importing wooden houses from Thailand to France/Italy. So it was the old fashioned way.
  12. "Democracy has failed the US,maybe it's time for a King" Maybe time for Jesus to come back?😱
  13. Better aircraft? Because it's cheap?
  14. As I said before: Yeah, that's your problem. Reading and understanding
  15. With this nickname you will be very successful in case you would yourself introduce with this name. Good choice🤣🤣🤣
  16. The polls say 21% potential NAZI voters in Germany. However, many probably vote for them because of disappointment with the former govt. Eventually there will be a conservative millionaire as next Chancellor.
  17. ROI??? I doubt it. Better save your money and invest eg in Doge coins🤣
  18. Well, and after those nice days enjoy many other days with STDs. 👏
  19. Yes, I agree so far. When I came my first time to Thailand, every Hotel got special brochures on top or under the counter showing girls offering holiday times as a hostess. Nowadays students at universities offer their body for a new iPhone or scooter or something else. Downturn of culture?
  20. I understand pretty well what you write here. You describe Thai reality. And this is something to accept or leave Thailand. I don't think our Western culture is something to copy nor I want to copy Thai culture. When GIs came first time to Thailand to "relax", using poor young Thai girls for their sexual needs the whole country started to change. You can't turn the wheel back. But trying to educate or accusing or complaining doesn't make it better
  21. Something wrong with you? Thailand becoming part of Europe??? What mushrooms your taking???😀🤣🤣
  22. I'm not sure you can read and....understand: https://aviationweek.com/defense/budget-policy-operations/us-thai-military-alliance-crossroads
