What if you are married with kids does that make a difference? -
It's fine, I take it as banter if said in the right way. If aggressive and repeatedly then it's too far. But I'm just a fan and it's said about Chelsea fans when aimed at me or my team not me personally like Gilmour for example.

Do you still need to meet all the requirements after the application has been submitted, for example if you met the criteria for tax returns at the point of submitting but then didn't work or worked less would this invalidate the application? i.e. does the rules apply going forward as well as at the point of submitting if you see what I mean. -

8 years, WHOA there was me thinking 4.5 years for a married man who has obtained 3 years of tax receipts. Why is the application process so lengthy? -

Will do many thanks. Re your last comment do people who are married to a Thai need to have 5 years permanent residency before applying for Thai nationality besides the obvious time required to cover the 3 year's tax returns? Many thanks -
Spot on re the score. Well done Keith. He did start and he scored.

New to this post, so many replies to look through. I've looked through quite a large number but not all of them as that would take ages. I do have a couple of questions that I'd like help on please. Firstly, has the requirements changed since those listed by the OP on page 1? If so please could someone share the link to the latest requirements or advise which of the 220 pages it's on ???????? Secondly, the original poster says once granted citizenship you can do any job a Thai can, is this true? Thirdly, I read a post saying it is necessary to get PR first but then read another post which inferred it wasn't necessary. Grateful if someone could clarify please. Many thanks -

Chiang Mai Immigration Q & A - Info and reports. (2020)
stament replied to JimmyJ's topic in Chiang Mai
Did my online 90 day reporting, was a breeze. Even though going on person is now quick, doing it online is very easy and efficient. I do understand some people's reservations about wanting to do it in person though as I used to feel that way. Keep the screen shots is my advice and if the report doesn't come by the next day go to immigration in person. -

We go to Saraphi to as it's much quicker. What is the 45 day period you mention, is it the time you can submit before your current visa expires? -

This is a very old thread but WTH I thought I would bring it back to life. For PND3 are said persons also required to pay income tax in addition to the WHT deduction? -

Typo supposed to be DSIL school ????

Has anyone heard about this school and do you have any feedback on it and approximate fees. I tried googling but the fees aren't shown in English. A friend asked me but I haven't heard of the school. Thanks in advance.

Messi incoming......????????

That won't stop anything, this happens quite often and would never stop a transfer if both buyer and seller agree. They could even authorise CH to make a direct payment to clear the balance on their behalf and deduct it from the total selling price.

according to press reports yes, nothing signed yet. I've been quite impressed by Palace, Villa & Leicester's transfer activity in this window. More of the same for Chelsea needed, hopefully we will get at least one signing this weekend.

@keithsimmonds did you watch the game last night? I wasn't able to watch it but read Chalobah did well. Interested to hear your comments on the match and players.
