Just to reinforce what the above report is about... it's exploring possible connections between COVID infections and subsequent unusual cancers -- nothing to do with COVID vaccines.

As the original Washington Post report specifically says:

"She [Weeraratna] said it’s also important to emphasize that the research and other recent papers focusing on covid and cancer involve acute infection or long covid; they do not suggest a link between the coronavirus vaccine and cancer — misinformation that some anti-vaccine groups have spread in recent months."

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2024/06/06/covid-cancer-increase-link/

Or, as the U.S. National Cancer Institute reports:

"There is no evidence that COVID-19 vaccines cause cancer, lead to recurrence, or lead to disease progression."

    https://www.cancer.gov/about-cancer/coronavirus/covid-19-vaccines-people-with-cancer#

And as the American Cancer Society reports:

"There is no information that suggests that COVID-19 vaccines cause cancer. There is also no information that suggests these vaccines can make cancer grow or recur (come back)."

    https://www.cancer.org/cancer/managing-cancer/coronavirus-covid-19-and-cancer/covid-19-vaccines-in-people-with-cancer.html

    > Instead of posting these opinions stated by actors having an interest in denying any connections with the roll-out of the COVID-jabs, let's look whether the actual figures of jabbed/unjabbed patients developing cancer since the last 3 years support it.

  2. I re-post here a mail-message from Brett (Learn Thai from a White Guy) who confirms that yesterday evening 7th June he did only get a 30-day Permission to stay on arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

    = = =

    สวัสดีครับ!

I saw a nice award miles deal on Qatar Airlines earlier this week so I booked a last minute flight over to Bangkok.  It did seem like Qatar Airways which used to be my favorite has gone downhill a bit since I last used them.  The airport was a mad house.

Despite all the news headlines and a number of government sites reporting a June 1st start date, I'm disappointed to report that I landed in Thailand last night (June 7th) and was given a 30 day stamp.

I'll report in again when there is evidence that they've actually implemented the 60 day visa exemption.   If anyone makes it over here later and expereiences differently, I'd like to hear about it.

No word yet on the DTV 5 year visa.  I've heard Sept 1st, but I wouldn't lock in any plans based on that.

    Best,

    Brett

Its also an approved credible source. I was just pointing it out that you claimed the telegraph was

"The only dam that has broken here is the Telegraph, either intentionally or unintentionally, becoming part of the worldwide COVID vaccine misinformation pandemic"

The Telegraph is also an approved source.

They can get things wrong sometimes as can other media outlets. They have both linked directly to the study.

@Bkk Brian Well, that's quite fair and honest from you to point out that the Telegraph is not the only mainstream media source addressing this issue.  This contrary to TGJinBKK's continual posting of 'nothing to see here folks'.

Another 30 mbps in stock, this one from Mobile2you - whom I just inquired this morning and again they said no - but shipped from overseas...

WOW, 1.026,- THB for a 1-year 30 Mpbs unlimited downlead SIM!  That's an absolute bargain, as it was already a very good deal at 3.000,- THB.

Think I will order one already for use next year, when my current one expires.

Checked the expiry date of my current 30 Mbps unlimited download one, and it is exactly 1 year after I registered that SIM when it arrived.

  5. For the record > Fauci nor Collins were in charge of the covid policy, they are just puppets for the public.  Evil puppets yes, but nevertheless puppets.

It's the National Security Council who need to be brought in for questioning if real justice is sought.

The question they should be asking Fauci, but never will: Who was actually in charge, and why?

But we actually know the answer because on March 19, 2020 FEMA assumes the lead for the federal response to COVID-19, and as a result the pandemic response was effectively placed under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security, which is the parent agency of FEMA.

If its not possible to have adult discussions with proven liars even if he was then here would be no judges, lawyers or solicitors in the world, let alone juries. Stop being so ridiculous. Shows just how out of touch you really are.

I would have phrased her totally correct accusations differently re the 700 million US $ royalties with which NIH management enriched themselves.  But I can understand her outrage and contempt for these vile 'public servants' and glad that she doesn't show him the respect as he clearly does not deserve it and belongs in jail for betraying the public.

As of this morning - just when I am ready to shop for a new sim -

it looks like 30mbps is "Out of stock" all across the board :=(

(Only 15 mbps available, albeit at the SAME price!)

Mobile2You didn't put the option to order that 30Mbps Unlimited download SIM on their website, so I contacted them and asked about it.  I got almost immediate response that when I want it that I just have to let them know and they woud send over.  That's what I did and I paid on arrival (which was next day).

I just did that, they replied with "Now the product [30mbps] is out of stock. Unlimited internet customers have a maximum speed of 15mbps. Are you interested in using it first?"

On the other hand, looks like Melon Thai is having it again, though the price is 1k more than last year..

In short the stock availability seems to change month to month.

Thanks to @sungod I ordered end of April that 1-year 30 Mbps Unlimited Download SIM at Mobile2You, and it was delivered next day.  Price has indeed doubled (2.780, - THB) since my previous one, but even so it is still a bargain.

  9. Two quotes from the article:

#1 - Although he did not delve into the specifics of his methodology, he emphasised the gravity of the situation given the concerning statistics provided.

#2 - Furthermore, Dr Thira underscored the importance of continued personal protective measures, advocating for the widespread use of face masks, particularly in outdoor settings, as a vital safeguard against the virus.

The daftest rule IMO was both having to wear a mask in a car, when with your wife, whom you slept and lived with. Mucking Fental.

In the same category as being stopped by police when on a motorcycle wearing an integral helmet, and them fining you when you were not wearing a mask under that helmet...

    What do companies do?

They create products we don’t need and either force or manipulate their use. It’s the same model over and over. Whether it be insurance or credit cards or food… that’s what they do.

Or rather companies try to create a need that their product or service will fill.  As long as the public need is genuine, and there is no manipulation or deceit, that's fine.  But when their solution is mandated, it becomes a whole different story.
