I re-post here a mail-message from Brett (Learn Thai from a White Guy) who confirms that yesterday evening 7th June he did only get a 30-day Permission to stay on arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
= = =
สวัสดีครับ!
I saw a nice award miles deal on Qatar Airlines earlier this week so I booked a last minute flight over to Bangkok. It did seem like Qatar Airways which used to be my favorite has gone downhill a bit since I last used them. The airport was a mad house.
Despite all the news headlines and a number of government sites reporting a June 1st start date, I'm disappointed to report that I landed in Thailand last night (June 7th) and was given a 30 day stamp.
I'll report in again when there is evidence that they've actually implemented the 60 day visa exemption. If anyone makes it over here later and expereiences differently, I'd like to hear about it.
No word yet on the DTV 5 year visa. I've heard Sept 1st, but I wouldn't lock in any plans based on that.
Best,
Brett

"Here again, though, Trump’s stamp is clear. It was Trump who chose Robert Redfield to head the CDC in spite of widespread warnings about the former military officer’s controversial record. Redfield led the Pentagon’s response to HIV-Aids in the 1980s. It involved isolating suspected soldiers in so-called HIV Hotels. Many who tested positive were dishonourably discharged. Some committed suicide.A devout catholic, Redfield saw Aids as the product of an immoral society. For many years, he championed a much-hyped remedy that was discredited in tests. That debacle led to his removal from the job in 1994.
...
“Redfield is about the worst person you could think of to be heading the CDC at this time,” says Laurie Garrett, a Pulitzer Prize-winning science journalist who has reported on epidemics. “He lets his prejudices interfere with the science, which you cannot afford during a pandemic.”

Thus, all of the above hardly sounds like a winner for arrest and a successful, legitimate criminal prosecution. But it does make for a lot of political rhetoric.
> Comer ‘likes the idea’ of an Arrest of Fauci Over COVID Protocols
... and I fully endorse that idea, as Fauci needs to be held to account for all his lies.

Its also an approved credible source. I was just pointing it out that you claimed the telegraph was
"The only dam that has broken here is the Telegraph, either intentionally or unintentionally, becoming part of the worldwide COVID vaccine misinformation pandemic"
The Telegraph is also an approved source.
They can get things wrong sometimes as can other media outlets. They have both linked directly to the study.
@Bkk Brian Well, that's quite fair and honest from you to point out that the Telegraph is not the only mainstream media source addressing this issue. This contrary to TGJinBKK's continual posting of 'nothing to see here folks'.

Can't you people read. The conclusions of the study read:
Conclusions Excess mortality has remained high in the Western World for three consecutive years, despite the implementation of containment measures and COVID-19 vaccines. This raises serious concerns. Government leaders and policymakers need to thoroughly investigate underlying causes of persistent excess mortality.

3 million excess deaths in Western countries since 2020 with the trend continuing, ultimately cannot be brushed under the table. So it's only natural that some of the MSM are starting to report it and are hesitantly mentioning now that the covid-measures and the '100% safe and effective' jabs might be a significant factor contributing to that disastrous trend.

I'm just looking at the "fine prints:"
The first 30mbps from OppoKoreatown seems to be issued in Thailand (2 day delivery). Never heard of Oppokoreatown...
the 2nd 30 mbps from Mobile2you is shipped from overseas.
The one you boght from Mobile2you in April took 1 day to arrive, correct?
Yes it did.

WOW, 1.026,- THB for a 1-year 30 Mpbs unlimited downlead SIM! That's an absolute bargain, as it was already a very good deal at 3.000,- THB.
Think I will order one already for use next year, when my current one expires.
Checked the expiry date of my current 30 Mbps unlimited download one, and it is exactly 1 year after I registered that SIM when it arrived.

For the record > Fauci nor Collins were in charge of the covid policy, they are just puppets for the public. Evil puppets yes, but nevertheless puppets.
It's the National Security Council who need to be brought in for questioning if real justice is sought.
The question they should be asking Fauci, but never will: Who was actually in charge, and why?
But we actually know the answer because on March 19, 2020 FEMA assumes the lead for the federal response to COVID-19, and as a result the pandemic response was effectively placed under the auspices of the Department of Homeland Security, which is the parent agency of FEMA.

But I can understand her outrage and contempt for these vile 'public servants' and glad that she doesn't show him the respect as he clearly does not deserve it and belongs in jail for betraying the public.

As of this morning - just when I am ready to shop for a new sim -
it looks like 30mbps is "Out of stock" all across the board :=(
(Only 15 mbps available, albeit at the SAME price!)
Mobile2You didn't put the option to order that 30Mbps Unlimited download SIM on their website, so I contacted them and asked about it. I got almost immediate response that when I want it that I just have to let them know and they woud send over. That's what I did and I paid on arrival (which was next day).

Clearly a conspiracy theory...
I can't believe this is news to anyone. We were taught this at school 50 years ago , people breathe in oxygen and breathe out CO2, plants turn CO2 into oxygen…

I just did that, they replied with "Now the product [30mbps] is out of stock. Unlimited internet customers have a maximum speed of 15mbps. Are you interested in using it first?"
On the other hand, looks like Melon Thai is having it again, though the price is 1k more than last year..
In short the stock availability seems to change month to month.
Thanks to @sungod I ordered end of April that 1-year 30 Mbps Unlimited Download SIM at Mobile2You, and it was delivered next day. Price has indeed doubled (2.780, - THB) since my previous one, but even so it is still a bargain.

Two quotes from the article:
#1 - Although he did not delve into the specifics of his methodology, he emphasised the gravity of the situation given the concerning statistics provided.
#2 - Furthermore, Dr Thira underscored the importance of continued personal protective measures, advocating for the widespread use of face masks, particularly in outdoor settings, as a vital safeguard against the virus.

I simply did put your question in https://chatgpt.com
and preceded it with "In Thailand..,"
Here the response:
> In Thailand, the difference between 95 and 97 petrol primarily lies in their octane ratings. Octane rating refers to the fuel's ability to resist knocking or pinging during combustion. Generally, higher octane ratings indicate better resistance to knocking.
- 95 petrol: This typically has an octane rating of 95. It is suitable for most regular cars and is the standard fuel used by many vehicles in Thailand.
- 97 petrol: This has a higher octane rating, usually around 97. It is considered a premium or high-performance fuel. Vehicles that require higher octane fuel or those with high-performance engines may benefit from using 97 petrol, as it can provide smoother performance and potentially better fuel efficiency.
Using a higher octane fuel than necessary for your vehicle doesn't usually offer significant benefits, but using a lower octane fuel than recommended can lead to engine knocking and reduced performance. It's always best to consult your vehicle's manual or manufacturer recommendations to determine the appropriate fuel type for your specific car.

What do companies do?
They create products we don’t need and either force or manipulate their use. It’s the same model over and over. Whether it be insurance or credit cards or food… that’s what they do.
Or rather companies try to create a need that their product or service will fill. As long as the public need is genuine, and there is no manipulation or deceit, that's fine. But when their solution is mandated, it becomes a whole different story.
