Eh, Thai craftmanship, how much did you pay for the door? I agree I wouldn't pay final bill too, and try and get them to fix it, but it doesn't bode well for the door long term.

Yea, have had problems with Eurox previously too, not sure I'd go with them. Did your sales person speak thai or did you manage with English?
