  1. Well, that is the form I used to renew my passport at travel.state.gov website and forgot to check the extra Large box. The default is a skinny one.
  2. Thank you. I will get one in phnom penh and then extend using the agent I used a few years ago for 15K. May be he increased his prices. Will try to find out when I am in Pattaya.
  3. Yes you have to check the box for the 48 page passport. The default is 24 page. I was in a hurry and forgot to check the box. And got a skinny one.
  4. Well in 2011 I had few contacts to buy weed. And the sugar baby wanted to profit and buy ice for her.
  5. Around 2011, my sugar baby offered me one KG for 8,000 baht. I did not buy. Because it was risky. Though I used to buy ice from her and have all night naked sex party.
  6. This may be one of the longest thread I have seen in this forum. So, what is the cheapest weed? I guess it must be Thai brick. Where do one get in Pattaya the cheapest Thai brick? TIA
  7. Is there any nearby embassy where one can get a Non-O retirement visa showing 800k baht equivalent dollar in a US bank? Also is somebody successful getting a Non-O (retirement visa) from the US Thai embassy or consulate? This is for retirement visa question not Non-O for visiting family. I know one can get one inside Thailand.
  8. Most Indian restaurant staff are from Burma. In Bangkok, those tailor shop staff outside the shops harassing passerby to buy suits are also from Burma. Some of them have work visas but many are sort of illegals. For example, a restuarant may have 10 staff but out of that 5 of them have work permits and 5 of them are illegals. They exchange each others work permit. It is the same in London also where the staff are mostly from India.
  9. Why do you want to know? Are you overstayed for more than 90-days? Or may be you are planning to overstay.
  10. I went to the US and got a new passport. Of course, my mistake I did not check the number of pages (for a thick passport with more pages) and got a skinny one. I will get a new one in the near future. I don't travel as much as I used to. So not in big hurry.
  11. I have used my Bangkok bank master card debit card in the USA for a test to purchase a few dollar items and it was OK. Did not check for any foregin transaction fees. It was just for a check. Not intended to use it in the USA. I don't use debt card for any transactions in the USA or in Thailand. I use Bangkok bank debit card in Thailand for cash withdrawal and use it for cash transactions only inside Thailand. I use US credit cards for all other transactions wherever possible, including in Thailand as it gives me 100% fraud protection, at least 2% cash rewards (more in restaurants and gas stations) and using OPM for at least 25-days interest free. I don't see any advantage of using debit cards, hence I don't use it.
  12. Thanks. I have already got the extension. Two more border bounce will give me 4 months. And then one visa will give me another three months. Perfect. Thanks.
  13. Thanks for the advice. Next time I go to the USA, I will get an METV. But how do I stay 8 months now. My TV (obtained in the USA) is going to expire in April first week. Was planning to do a border run to get an exemption entry. Still need a few TVs. Is METV is easy in the USA? Can some body confirms the documents required? Last time I checked they were asking for job or some thing like that and found not easy for me to get the documents. So I opted for a single entry TV.
  14. I have a US passport. I am trying to create a plan to stay 11 months in Thailand. I must return to USA for one month to take care my real estate investments, apply for a bunch of new credit cards (I am credit card collector and trying to be in the Guinness Book of Records in collecting Credit cards) and visit my adult daughter. The plan appears to be deceptively easy. Three TV (one from USA) with one extension each will give me 9 months and then one border run is another two months. Yes I know it is 45-days now but I am not sure how long it will stay like this. What are the nearby friendly countries to get TVs? Like Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong. etc. I don't mind if I stay one week in a country to get my TV. I work online and not 50-years old yet to get a retirement visa. TIA
  15. Great. Is the 99 baht mobile ads loaded subscription? If not that will be great for me. As I only watch Netflix on my bed in my tablet. I will look into it. I can cancel my US subscription and may be save $10 a month.
  16. Can't you rent it on AirBnb. I have one house in Orlando and one In Last Vegas. I rent them on AirBnb in between long-term rental contract. It pays my mortgage and maintenance and agent fees and I make a few hundred dollars profit from each now. The profit will be in appreciation in the future. Housing is depressed now in the US. It will pick up in the future. I will be scouting for a third house for AirBnb next year. Living in Thailand is great for saving money. I can't invest in Thailand because I don't know the language and don't have access to investor's money for loan in Thailand.
  17. No, if you know some one, please post here or PM me. Thanks. How much they cost. How long is round trip. Can I come back on the same day?
  18. I live in Thailand for cheap sex all around and can also work online. No I don't like Thai foods (except steamed lemon fish and Tom Yum Kung). At least once a week I eat these two.
  19. I now live in Pattay on TVs and visa extension only. I work online only. I want to get another exempt entry by land border and then 30-day extension. What is the nearest border crossing from Pattaya? Is the travel easy? Is it by bus or by plane? I have an US passport.
