Meeting Miki's family We dropped our bags in the hotel we were at previously and got a taxi to the place Miki grew up. It was a bit like a Korean drama, a wholesome working class Bangkok neighbourhood far from any BTS station but vibrant with life. The welcome of the mother and aunts was very cold. I could see where Miki's lack of warmth came from. She herself was treated so coldly by her own family. I sat down. Since nobody offered me anything to drink or any food I eagerly took up Miki's offer to hit the market again. Clearly we had arrived way too early. The cousin wasn't even there, and she would not arrive until 10.45 am. As we headed out the mother made sure to ask that Miki buy Longan. She sees Miki as purely an asset to exploit. In Pattaya she had also written that she wanted Miki to send some money to help with moving since she was not there to help. Miki wanted me to pay for the Longan but I flatly refused as I thoroughly disliked her mother by now. We went back to the den of cold unwelcomeness. I could barely stay awake, having gotten up at 4 .15 am. The cousing finally arrived and a ludicrous spectacle took place, where the cousing placed 20000 Baht in a bowl, plus gold chains. the aunt, ie her mother, sat on the couch like a Queen and the cousing bowed and knelt before her asking her forgiveness for not marrying but living together with a man. To compensate the Queen the cousin gave her 20000 Baht. Before I knew it Miki herself had gotten money and gave her own mother 500 Baht and asked her forgiveness, as well as the other aunts. The overweight boyfriend of the cousin was just sitting there staring at his phone the whole time, trying to make it through the silliness just like me. Some 7 hours later I was informed that mother had decided to go to a restaurant. The aunts were clearly flush with money and eager to spend. Being almost comatose with sleep deprivation at this point I agreed. There was no other option except running for your life and I did not have the energy. So we drove an hour to some God forsake place with some outdoor restaurant on the river. The aunts had taken the taxi we had waited for and therefore arrived earlier. They already had 3 giant beer mugs in hand and drinking away. As was Miki's sister. I told Miki let's just leave from the restaurant. But in this remote God forsake place there was no Grab or Bolt to be had. So all the women were bundled in the cousin's boyfriend's van and I got the coveted side seat and we drove to the den of unwelcomeness again. Again I was made to endure "relax time". I turned to Miki and impolored her that I wanted to leave. It had been 8 hours. She relented and we finally took a taxi back to the hotel. All we could to was go to bed and try to sleep.

Pattaya and Bangkok We arrived in Bangkok and were fortunate with the hotel. I had booked the best suite and it was a very nice environment. Still, we just slept as we had to get up at 5.45 in the morning. I had to go to Pattaya on business. Miki had protested she had to go help her mother to move house. I insisted she come with me, as we had planned to go together first. In the end she relented and came with me. I was done quickly in Pattaya and once again I lucked out with the resort. A lovely room and in a quiet area. We started by just walking around, getting breakfast and the excitement of being in Pattaya seemed to make our troubles go away for a bit. I took Miki to the the supposedly best Chinese restaurant in Pattaya, in another resort. Miki then wanted to see Walking Street. She had a curious interest in seeing the prostitutes and also pushed me to walk ahead of me to see for fun if some of the working girls would hit on me. We went to a nice market overlooking the see after seeing Walking Street and went home. We got intimate and things seemed to be getting better. The next day I took Miki to the best French cafe in Pattaya. My baguette and scrambled eggs were perfect, but she said her Pad Krapao was too salty. Anyway, we then headed to one of the malls which was a let down and a mistake. Pattaya does not have nice malls. We ended up going to the big market Thepperasit, and it was more interesting. Then hit another market close to our resort which was the best place by far. It seemed like it would be a very good night. Then Miki's mother got in touch. She insisted Miki come back to help with moving. She guilt tripped Miki by saying what did she have children for if they don't help. So Miki was close to tears sitting there upset and the night was ruined. I said some harsh things about her mother, which later had some consequences. Anyway, back at the resort we made up and made love, but it became clear to me that her family was a big problem. I saw a convo with her sister on Messenger, which was not so much a convo as a never ending stream of requests for money by the sister. To cap it all, I had to cut our holiday in Pattaya short and wake up at 4.30 the next day to leave at 5.30 am. Just because a cousin of Miki's was performing some Isaan ceremony to apologise for not being married and Miki had to be part of it. I made sure to get the early tickets and we made it back to Bangkok by 7.30 am.

Miki comes to Chiang Mai for Christmas On 24th Miki finished work at 5 pm went home and then took a flight to Chiang Mai to see me for Christmas. Obviously on the first night she was still exhausted, got some boat noodles and we just went to bed to sleep. The next morning intimacy took place and I had researched a hotel for a Xmas brunch. After brunch I took her to a waterfall, I had taken a blanket and two cushions. I knew she was still physically exhausted from her 12 hour job and getting up at 4.30 am. She promptly fell asleep and so did I. We had to go to Central next because Miki had brought a truckload of presents for my two daughters and she needed reams of wrapping paper. The next morning I told Miki that nothing that would be revealed would make me angry but I had to be sure about her and asked to see her phone. Before she gave it to me, she said she had to exit her game, as I came closer to look she hid the phone from me, and it was clear she was hiding something. By the time I got the phone there was no Instagram on it. However, I'd been monitoring her Insta and I knew she followed someone a few days ago. So I asked where it was. She then installed it. The reason why she pretended to exit her game, was to delete Instagram. I saw she had added 8 guys on Insta. However, the one from Phuket was not there. And not a single guy she had any convo with. Most likely she deleted the convos as well. But worse was to come. Going through her Messenger I found some photos of Miki all dressed up in a sexy long black dress, clearly about to go on night out. I asked her about it. She admitted she went on a date with a guy at the end of November. So when we were discussing getting back together. She said she did not have sex, only went on the date. There was also a part of the convo with her sister where Miki says she will be travelling on 5th and 6th of November. The sister asked with whom, and she said "The same people I went to the rooftop bar with". I asked her and she admitted she went on a date with a different guy to a roof top bar but did not have sex, and the trip on 5th and 6th Nov did not happen. It was impossible to gauge to what extent her statements were lies or truths, but it became clear to me that Miki had again betrayed me, was not honest about what she was doing, was still a liar and the likelihood of a good relationship with her went down dramatically. Nevertheless, I had booked a hotel in Bangkok and a resort in Pattaya. We went to a wonderful restaurant in Chiang Mai. It was one of the worst dinners I ever had. I was hurt and uncomfortable. And so was she. We flew together to Bangkok in the evening.

The problem is that attributes like kindness, compassion, caring only are of relevance if you are physically attracted to her in the first place. A gal can be Mother Teresa, but if she looks like her her kindness won't make you want to be with her. It's the same with women, btw, if the guy is attractive different rules apply. If he isn't it's sexual harassment. I guess nature built us for physical attraction.

No, there is no way a 9 or a 10 would ever be considered a 3, by anyone. People who say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, well, they're wrong. There are rules to beauty. And some women are so stunningly beautiful ANYBODY would say they're a 10. Yes, there are personal preferences of course. But a 10 is a 10 for anybody in the modern world. I am of course excluding tribes removed from modern life where bizarro beauty rules apply. But for us in the modern world the numbers rating makes perfect sense and if anyone is in any doubt what a 10 is, happy to post pics.

Actually that's a fair point. 10s are, by definition, very rare. Yet it is not impossible to meet one.

The gripes with 10s can be corrected. Bad performance in bed? She can be taught. Lack of integrity? She can learn that lies have consequences. You can't make good wine from bad grapes, so if she's a truly rotten human being, fine, but some 10s are not, they are capable of learning. It's a risk of course.

I had a date with a Filipina who is a 5 at best. Great company, fun personality. But the thick behind and legs and round head, strangely shaped eyes etc, I didn't even feel like smashing her. Still enjoyed the company. But in the end you have to be physically attracted. Now with a Thai girl who is a 10 and while the personality is nowhere near as fun, the convo not as flowing, there is a real sexual tension which the Filipina could never elicit. All this soul to soul, personality stuff is just applicable AFTER you are actually physically attracted.

It's well known that 10s are an entitled nightmare to date. Inside and outside of Thailand. But would you date an ugly lwoman just so that you don't have to deal with other guys hitting on her? Probably not. So why date a 6 for LTR? I just can't do it. I can't live with myself if I see her and just feel disappointed due to her looks. Yes, integrity is a massive problem with 10s, yes, bedroom performance too, yes, everything in the OP post is true. But I still would prefer a 10 over a 6 for LTR.

Well, she did once, going behind my back for a 7 day (as I now found out) fornication holiday in Phuket. But now she is working in a factory 12 hour shifts. She texts me religiously. i insist she sends video of her surroundings if she goes anywhere. Right now my only concern is that she is again on some online app lininig up someone. I saw she is on Insta, and followed someone two days ago. But she never told me she is on Insta or added me there. But it's super-tight. I wouldn't wish it on anybody.

I feel bad because I've actually set 3 dates this weekend, two with bare 5s and one cancelled. Not a single one is close to Miki in looks at least. Good looks are hard to come by.

Hi guys, never been to Pattya, but I am heading there in a few days to stay for 3 days. My idea was to get a good hotel close to the beach. Does anyone have good hotel tips or general advice? Don't need to be close to night life, already have a girl coming with me. So good standard hotel, bathtub would be ideal. Much appreciated!

I think the common problem in SE Asia is lack of stamina, you wouldn't think so since Asians have tremendous stamina. Maybe it's more laziness, but I often find the duration is not really long enough. I certainly also found that on the whole the skill is rare and most are clueless. Funnily I'm also a clean shaven fan, that's one of the disappointments with Miki last Sunday, she was always clean shaven when she was living with me, but now does not bother. She does work 12 hour shifts of course, but I'll have to correct a few things if she comes back. Not just one.

Context is everything. Of course if you walk up to her in the uni canteen and ask for a BJ you'll get a hasty retreat, but to be fair to One Farang that's not what he was talking about. So I'm in Bangkok again. I just happen to enter a BTS station skywalk and this gorgeous white skinned beauty with a perfect body and film star facial and hair (though not epic hair like Miki) is just standing there. So I approach her with my tried and tested line. Unbelievably she speaks some English. And even more encouraging, she's interested. As I say I'm going, since she told me she's about to go to start work, she tells me to write her on Insta. Unbelievable luck on my last day in Bangkok. She loves Bingo, shooting balloons and lotteries. But it wasn't all that great, too many people again. But nice food. Then back to the hotel and no time for anything as we had to rush to the dinner. This was a spectacular sea food buffet with live prawns and crabs with. Korean bbq concept. Actually a nice dinner. The family was coolish but nice. I made clear to Miki she had to pay for the taxi and dinner as she had arrived 6 hours late. To her credit Miki treated me like a King at the dinner, cutting up my squid, peeling my prawns and getting me drink refills. I think the mother ordered her to do it. Anyway, given my superstar treatment I decided to pay for my dinner, but not hers. But I picked up the taxi back to the hotel. I got an awesome suite with a large bathtub. Miki had the genius idea to take a bath, so I joined her and we Titanic going on for a while. I still see her washing her Tahitian hair. After that a very hot session ensued, when we were both primed. I asked her if she finished she replied "so much" and I could tell she really did. But I couldn't. I kept imagining her with the guy in Phuket but it was more the not sleeping due to the long bus ride which stopped me from finishing. I went on so long that Miki begged me to finish already and I finally had mercy on her. She did not stay the night as she had to go to work, but still stayed an hour. It was 11.45 when she left. So she would have gone to bed at 12.45 to get up at 5 am. Of course the physical intimacy made us get feels again but, ah well..

I certainly don't wish it for them, but they're so demanding. There's nothing they don't want. And all to themselves!
