From the OP article. Under current rules, small-scale users do not need a permit for cyanide possession unless they use more than 100 kilos in a six-month period. Neither do they have to declare what their purchased cyanide will be used for, unless the volume they buy is huge. So what they gonna charge her with. Someone putting foot in mouth as always

Yes but a suggested by @Etaoin Shrdlu, some branches will have a coin counting machine, you need to ask headoffice for that info. I called Kasikorn call centre, and they checked it for me, and later called me back to inform that the branch in central festival has such a machine.

80 million baht cash found buried at Buddhist temple in Thailand

Can I call the helpline ???? -
I think you missed his point. He said that shipping charges changed AFTER he had added the item to his cart. Also with Shopee, free shipping does not exist anymore, even if you have a free shipping coupon, the shipping is still 7 baht.
-
Nope, because those using COD will get the refund added as a refund in the wallet, and can withdraw. Those who use the wallet, and obviously will have to add some money one way or another, before they can pay with it, will not be able to withdraw refunds But yeah, maybe I should have added, those that use a US bank credit card are not affected
-
You need a wallet to receive refunds for items paid COD, which I always do, for reasons explained by others This time I used the wallet, because it gave me a significant extra coupon. Just such another thing, coupons only valid when you pay by wallet. The top up to the wallet is by direct debit from Kasikorn by the way
-
Not everyone in the world has US credit cards unfortunately, and my point was that you need a wallet to receive refunds. If you withdraw a deposit your wallet will be suspended indefinitely, as shown in my post Yes that is what I explained, they add refunds now as a deposit, so you can not withdraw them. Pretty poor behavior from Lazada, keeping your money hostage
-
Here is another warning for those NOT using COD. If you pay using your Lazada wallet, and you get a return, the refund will be added to your wallet as a deposit, which you are unable to withdraw, unless you want to have your wallet permanently disabled. A disabled wallet means you can not receive future refunds for returns of their fake and low quality items, because refunds are issued to a wallet So they hold your refund money hostage, only because you paid upfront, by topping up your wallet via direct debit of your bank.

They can not waste it since there are conditions, and one of them was that they only can use it in shops to buy food and life necessities. That shows actually how poor minded (I avoid using the word educated) you are. It is clear that although, you as a foreigner are not affected whichever government is in power, you are simply grinding an axe with Thaksin. I wonder what the real reason is. Has it anything to do with underage girls taken out of bars?

Good to see that they all wearing life jackets, I have known different times -
Thanks for the suggestion. I called kasikorn, and was told that in Pattaya and surroundings the branch in Central festival is the only one that has such a counting machine. Coins have to be deposited in the account, and there is a 2% charge

Please explain what is sad about my question
-
I have a lot of small coins, probably over 10k baht, which I would like to exchange for banknotes. Don't feel like I want to tape them together in 10pc/pack, so looking for a source in the Pattaya vicinity that will count them by weight. Anyone can advice?

Maybe time for you to clean up your memory. There was no election in 2017, and in the 2019 election they got far from the majority of votes. PT got almost double the votes of Prayuth's party, but they were helped by their appointed stooges, also called senate here. Indeed every country needs a strong military, to protect the country, not to rule the country

For those who haven't read the full article. {quote} Pheu Thai has reportedly submitted reams of information in several submissions to the Election Commission supporting its policy. This includes expert opinions from economists and academics as to why the plan is both reasonable, practical and advisable for what the party describes as a failing economy at this time. However, Mr Srisuwan contends that the party has still failed to answer key questions as regards the funding of the policy and whether existing social welfare handouts already incorporated into law by the government, would be jeopardised. On Monday, the activist, who is the Secretary-general of the Association for the Protection of the Thai Constitution, also said he was bringing party candidate advice slips being given out by the Move Forward Party at rallies, forward to the commission concerning another complaint suggesting the slips with links to online information, may constitute some sort of indirect financial inducement in contravention of Section 73 (1) and (5) of the 2018 Election Act. {/quote} The guy is obviously a paid stooge for the military, and will not give up. Anyway, if PT or MF get dissolved, I don't want to be in Bangkok the following months, but most likely they gonna kick the can for almost a year, same as I did previous election, before they dissolve said parties
