I actually don’t like the store environment as much as I like the markets. Early mornings I grab a basket and head to the market for tomatoes and cucumber and there are always several attractive ladies coming in and out. I just walk real slow and compare melons while I’m at it.

a lot of good advice above. I’ve recovered from non Hodgkin’s lymphoma quite well and have been able to retire to Thailand. I dunno if that qualifies me as one of the aforementioned non experts so I’ll refrain from commenting further about the facilities and staff here in Thailand but if you need to talk about the experience, I’ve got some experiences can relate. Simply put : it’s not a death sentence like a cancer diagnosis used to be that us old guys remember, and the medical treatments have gotten substantially better even since I took treatment. I did a full body autologous Stem cell transplant in 2018 after I was as cleared by chemo, to prevent genetic reoccurrence. it was $@“@& brutal. I survived as most do. I can relate details privately if you need. Get a second opinion, study the treatment before taking it, don’t rush, reviewed the side effects especially and be prepared to take a lot of rest. If I would’ve been near the ocean, I would’ve taken to bathing and swimming in saltwater regularly to wash the toxins out/off, as it was I took showers and sauna as frequently as I could That is one of the most important parts of going through the chemo, you have to reduce toxic load on your intake and sweat and all manner of bodily functions to get cleaned out. i added holistic practices and raw foods, lots of garlic, onions, cabbages and sourkraut, pickles were especially tasty, ACV, elderberry syrup, cannibis oils. I still have side effects from the whole procedure that make my life a little uncomfortable sometimes but for the most part, I’m living well and healthy after 2 1/2 years of treatment. Thailand Facebook marketplace is the worst I’ve seen for scams. Deceptively priced items regularly. many scammers offering to collect balance on delivery with a deposit, and then never delivering a product and subsequently blocking and deleting all communication without a trace of where / who they are. Many of these “struggling hawkers and traders” do not even own or have products in their possession and merely conspire with others to photograph, communicate with purchaser, pressure sell (hurry today for discount) we can deliver and other “service”. I’ve had them send ID and other personal information and claim it was them but don’t see them in any pictures they send. pictures of loading the truck etc, the pics they sent were different trucks, different loads, no licence plate numbers seen, people in one pic had different clothes in second picture and were supposedly loading the truck “ at that moment” They want you to send money before shipping. Nah, sorry, I know what I’m buying and it ain’t there BS
