Ah grasshopper, was Biden president and subjected to presidential immunity while he was a senator AND private citizen for "knowingly possessing and sharing classified documents" as noted in the evidence presented by the DOJ SC Hur's report AND then selling these docs to a ghost writer for his book also while he was out of office both as senator when he stole documents and possessing them while out of office. Thats called espionage and he's afforded ZERO protection under the PRA (Presidential Records Act) because he wasn't POTUS when he stole HIGHLY classified materials.
