My point is that you are 70+ and need to reside in Belgium apparently to make the insurance work. So, you're back and forth on planes racking up thousands in bills there. But more importantly how many years do you think that you can shuttle yourself back and forth and still keep your sanity and your health after 75? Perhaps Belgium isn't a 20 hour flight but I'm guessing it's not an 8-hour flight either. These days it's not so much even the flight it's the connections and all of the rubbish sort of security people that you bump into as well as dehumanizing treatment in airports.
