  2. I don`t know if you are familiar with their Nation state bill or basic law from 2018 1 — Basic Principles A. The land of Israel is the historical homeland of the Jewish people, in which the State of Israel was established. B. The State of Israel is the national home of the Jewish people, in which it fulfills its natural, cultural, religious, and historical right to self-determination. C. The right to exercise national self-determination in the State of Israel is unique to the Jewish people. 5 — Ingathering of the Exiles The state will be open for Jewish immigration and the ingathering of exiles. 6 — Connection to the Jewish people A. The state will strive to ensure the safety of the members of the Jewish people and of its citizens in trouble or in captivity due to the fact of their Jewishness or their citizenship. B. The state shall act within the Diaspora to strengthen the affinity between the state and members of the Jewish people. C. The state shall act to preserve the cultural, historical, and religious heritage of the Jewish people among Jews in the Diaspora. 7 — Jewish Settlement A. The state views the development of Jewish settlement as a national value and will act to encourage and promote its establishment and consolidation. That is no democracy. That is Apartheit. That kind of state is outdated, racists and legally acts unfair or even criminal towards other ethnicities and has no place amongst democratic countries in the modern 21st century.

The British promised the Arabs an independent state, which included the area of today`s Israel, if they would help them fight the Ottomans, which were Muslims but not Arabs. The Arabs kept their word, fought, bled, died and finally won over the Ottomans, the British didn`t. They secretly agreed with the French on the Sykes-Picot treaty in 1916 to divide the Ottoman Empire's Arab territories into British and French spheres of influence after World War I. At the same time they promised the Jews, which were not really popular in Europe, a national home, not a state, in the Balfour declaration: His Majesty's Government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavours to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country. After WW I more and more Jews moved to Palestine, at first warmly welcomed by the Arabs, as hospitality to strangers has always been a very strong part of Middle Eastern culture and tradition, originating in the trade business where people were travelling on the Silk Road, more accurately the Silk Routes, a web of land and sea routes connecting Central, East, South, Southeast, and West Asia as well as East Africa and Southern Europe since the 2nd Century B.C. Once it became clear the Jews had more sinister plans in mind or they simply did only understand the part of the Balfour declaration, which promised them a homeland but somehow failed to understand the part saying " nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine ", tensions rose, Arabs protested, the Jews founded terrorist organizations like Irgun and Hagana to kill and kick out Arabs and later even attacked their own allies, the British, which then had enough and left the chaos they had caused. In order to bring back peace to the region the UN decided for a 2 state solution and agreed on the partition plan. The Palestinians refused as they did not understand why their land has to be divided between them and the Jews who were less than 3% of the population for centuries until WW I and even now in 1947 only around 38%. The Jews immediately founded Israel, took way more land than the UN had agreed on and did everything since then to refuse the Palestinians to own an independent state, while stealing more and more land through land grabbing or simply settling on land which did not belong to them. Sure, a few times the Palestinians were offered something, but those offers could be described as: "We keep, what we stole. You officially agree with that turning occupied land into legal possession. And in return you get to live on some land which we will keep total control over. (Meaning: you will never have an official army with jets and tanks and whatever you need to protect yourself so we can steal more land as we see fit.). Their moral justification is, that the land is theirs anyway, as their ancestors had been living there until 2000 years ago and it was promised to them by sky daddy, so you cannot steal your own land. Thanks for proving my point. Now the sad part is, that THE Jews did not completely move to other countries 2000 years ago and now come back and demand their land. Truth to be told, SOME Jews left, some of them to Europe, mostly to what today is called Russia, Poland and Ukraine, mixed with the population there, some even converting to Christianity and a few of their descendants now came back and made that crazy claim, which is not supported by any law or tradition on our planet. Now comes the surprise: MANY if not most of the Jews never left the area known as Palestine. They simply lived under Roman rule, later converted to Christianity and again later to Islam, adapted to new regimes and cultures and their descendants are today known as the Palestinians. This has been proven by many DNA tests. By comparing Ashkenazi, Mizrahi and Sephardic genome, looking for common parts and by this and many other methods determining "Jewish" DNA. Guess which of these groups has the least Jewish DNA? The Ashkenazi, which is by the way the majority of Jews in Israel (and who don`t really look like Jews have been described in ancient books but much more like Europeans.) And which group has the most Jewish DNA? The Palestinians. BOOM!

  5. All the groups you mention deal with US American issues. Not AIPAC. AIPAC is a organization which directly influences US foreign policy at least in the Middle East completely in favor of Israel and not always in favor of US people It should by law register under FARA (foreign agent registration act) as it is a foreign lobby acting on behalf of a foreign country but it is somehow exempt. FARA would result in mandatory disclosures from donors, media campaigns or communications with elected officials and all the trips the send congressmen on and many more details of their activities. It is not the paranoia from weird people that lead to that suspicion but the refusal of AIPAC to register under FARA. Obviously they do not want full disclosure of their activities influencing elected politicians. No secret conspiracy. AIPAC openly brags about how many US politicians they defeated. Not because their policy would have been bad for US people, no, maybe it would have been very good, but because their policy was not enough pro-Israel. Think about it: A US politician ready to serve the US public lost the election because of a foreign organization. In some way AIPAC does not only have influence on the US foreign policy but also on any other field of US policy. And a well known member here, US citizen, with anger issues really thinks, he has won. Well, maybe not control but surely influence. All the other organizations you mentioned deal with issues like Colored People, Gun control, Planned Parenthood or Retired Persons which have nothing to do with Israel. True. An ally against enemies the US would not have, if it would not have so blindly supported Israel, like in the ongoing mass slaughter. Or in the Iraq war. Tell me, how did the US benefit from the second Iraq war, where they were looking for weapons of mass destruction, knowing there were none and even if, they would never pose a threat to the US? Who wanted that war? Who pushed the US into that war? And what was the result? Rise of the IS. Chaos. Instability in the region and countries without real governments and armies with a well equipped air force and navy and therefore easy targets for Israel. Who paid the price? Millions of dead Iraqis Thousands of US and UK soldiers killed and much more disabled for life.

But when Mr. Sa àr, Mr. Goldsmith and Mr. French demand from the UK government to take action against rising toxic antisemitism on university campuses and call pro Palestinian marches "hate marches" they intentionally lie, as the protests are against Israels actions in Gaza and not against Semites in general. But what they really demand is a restriction of our basic rights. A suppression of our right to express our opinions and our right to peaceful assembly and associate. You are probably right: those with the more advanced weapons and less morals, who murder and rape Hundreds of Thousands, invade and steal their lands and resources most likely will win the battles over much weaker opponents, yet making the world believe they are the goodies and the defeated were the baddies believing in the wrong sky daddy. But is that wise? I doubt it. Why? Simple, if you go to someone's place and destroy it leaving scorched earth, that someone will sooner or later show up at your place. But it is not my the alleged "support for Hamas", you are trying to libel me with but your incapability and unwillingness to have a fair conversation on equal footing: I walk into a debate with facts, an opinion based on these facts and the belief that I am right, but I always keep in mind that there is a chance, as small as it may be, that my opponent is right and I am wrong. That is the basic condition of every meaningful discussion. (And trust me nothing would make me happier if you guys were right and I am wrong because the ongoing mass slaughter and atrocities especially towards children partially carried out with weapons from my home country is killing me. The world I believed in, our values like freedom of speech, human rights and most importantly our (due to the Holocaust) inherited lifetime duty to do anything in our power that such atrocities will never ever happen again – all that, lies shattered in front of me.) However, your position in this discussion is also based on facts, but due to your primary motivation being the defense of Israel and its actions, you preselect those facts, ignore and avoid uncomfortable ones and cannot accept the possibility you could be wrong, which makes you apply unfair discussion techniques. And you just delivered the perfect example for that. In my post which you partially quoted I asked quite a few uncomfortable questions. Questions that clearly show many atrocities of Israel, while at the same time proving you wrong, that Israel only wants to destroy Hamas but not the civil population of Gaza. Fully aware of that, you try to eloquently avoid those questions and instead libel me as a terrorist supporter, automatically making everything I say wrong and evil. I wrote: "Resistance movement" is primarily a neutral term, and it has yet to be determined if that resistance was lawful or unlawful, but even an unlawful resistance is resistance. Then I wrote I'm not a native speaker but I think the term those does clearly say others, which again means not me. Let alone me mentioning many times that I am German plus the fact that I am able to (more or less) have my say in here clearly excludes me from any group, which might be oppressed by Israel. Yet you intentionally comment only a part of my sentence out of the context. and instantly libel me as a terrorist supporter And by doing so you unknowingly admit that you are wrong.   18. That is exactly what Israel`s propaganda machine is trying to make the world believe from the beginning of the mass slaughter. If only their leaders would not have openly called for Amalek and said, that "there are no innocents in Gaza", which was also repeated by many IDF soldiers in interviews and is believed by the majority of Israelis. Do not spare them, but kill both man and woman, child and infant, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’ (1 Samuel 15:2–3 ESV) If Israels` intention only was the elimination of Hamas, then ... ... why slaughter the world`s kitchen workers? ... why murder and bury the 15 aid workers? ... why intentionally shoot children in the head, chest or abdomen? ... why target children with drones? ... why keep stealing their land and selling it even before the war is over? ... why eliminate medics and journalists? ... why pay billions to buy US politicians via AIPAC ... and so on ... and on If Israel only wants to end terrorism and live peacefully next to their neighbors, why do they keep stealing land in the Westbank? Oppression creates resistance. Logic dictates, that resistance follows oppression. Not the other way around. If there is no oppression then why resist? And against what or whom? Hamas is a resistance movement, freedom fighters to those, who are oppressed and terrorists to those who oppress, trying to mask it as self defense. The equation is simple: no oppression - no terrorists. It is as simple as that and Israel knows that too well. Same as they very well know, that Hamas cannot be destroyed same as you would destroy some clearly definable enemy. Hamas is not a group of soldiers, with names, numbers and dog tags. Hamas are the surviving members of a slaughtered family, the sons of murdered fathers and displaced mothers and the boys who grew up with IDF suppression on a daily base. Hamas is what I assume every member here would sooner or later turn into, if he would have endured, what Gazans are enduring for decades. If you really want to end Hamas and terrorism in general, there are only 2 ways: 1. end your oppression and give back the land you stole, same as the UN demanded months ago 2. keep on oppressing and stealing, which will naturally result in the creation of more and more resistance, desperately try to make the world believe that you are the victim, while murdering them by the thousands and inevitably go down in history as the next "Third Reich" founded on blood and corpses by murderers and rapists. Sadly, is seems to be very clear, which way Israel has chosen.

They not only murdered and raped thousands of Palestinian women and children and later bragged about it, they even killed a lot of British military, like in the King David bombing. Their reward was the state of Israel, the terrorists renamed to IDF and their leaders became the prime ministers of the new born state some even rewarded with peace nobel prices later. ... and the rest of the population, all their buildings, schools, universities, hospitals and everybody who tells the truth about their atrocities like journalists plus those who help them out of humanity like world`s kitchen, the 15 aid workers, the 2 paramedics they just had allowed to go and save that 5 year old girl, Hind Rajab, who was sitting frightened next to her murdered family, begging for her life and of course they murdered her too, as she was probably a terrorist too and those starving and lining up for some scraps of food and, and and. and the rest of the world is watching and will never forget the genocide, Israel tried to make everybody believe, was just a terrorist hunt and a rescue operation for the hostages, as if anybody was so dumb to believe, that bombing every building the hostages could be held in was the safest way to get them back.
