  1. 55555 Your most ridiculous post so far. How can reported facts be a conspiracy, are you trying to now say that Boeing never got a deferred deal or that deal never stop all possible prosecution?
  2. Yes, the families took the case to court in Texas and were ruled against. I have provide you with the evidence that MCAS was not the cause of the Max 8, from the investigation reports. https://www.texastribune.org/2023/02/13/boeing-prosecution-737-crashes/ I show the facts, what I can’t do is get you to believe or understand those facts. It becomes a rant, when you keep repeating your own opinion, as if you think it will change the facts. With the deferred deal the government dismissed all the charges and Boeing was immune from criminal prosecution. Again trying not to admit the facts about who caused this mess.
  3. So which fire regulations would have prevented this? Fire safety measures are for life safety, allowing persons to escape from a fire and no one was injured, in this fire. This fire was contained in the room of origin, so the construction prevented fire spread, you are always going to get smoke damage. The alarm was raised quickly, so fast intervention by responders helped reduce the damage. School fires occur everywhere, and damage will depend on the building construction, with injuries rare. Most deaths and injuries occur at boarding schools, which are a completely different risk and current Thai standards for a residential sleeping block in a school requires the same as a hotel/condo.
  4. June 20, a fire broke out at the library of Wat Don Sela School in Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province at around 11:00. The Ratchaburi Charity Foundation (Pheng Lai Koh 36) along with municipal fire trucks and emergency teams from Tha Pha City worked together to extinguish the blaze. The swift response from the fire services helped contain the fire, preventing further damage to the school and ensuring the safety of students and staff. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. https://fm91bkk.com/newsarticle/32009 Pictures: Ratchaburi Charity Foundation
  5. It Is pointless trying to keep repeating the same opinions, about prosecution of individuals, and no matter how many times it is repeated it is not going to chance the facts and there is only one reality. The Boeing deferred prosecution deal, ended all criminal investigations resulting from the Max 8 crashes, and was one of the most ill-conceived and widely criticised corporate criminal settlements in history and an extraordinary feat of corporate deal-making by Boeing in which the company effectively purchased an official government exoneration of the company’s executives in exchange for allowing the government to take credit for a bunch of money that the company was already going to pay anyway. So before any more conspiracies and rants, answer the simple questions. 1. Who gave the deferred deal? 2. Why was the deal given?
  6. As I said above. “Yes maybe start with prosecution of the clown that gave Boeing the deferred prosecution agreement, that prevented anything being done. That will not fit your agenda, as it is against your cult hero.”
  7. Yes maybe start with prosecution of the clown that gave Boeing the deferred prosecution agreement, that prevented anything being done. That will not fit your agenda, as it is against your cult hero.
  8. This is the link to the recent WinProcess incident in Rayong, which appears to be connected with this company, which dumped the waste, and also the 2 recent suspected arson fires in Ayutthaya. https://aseannow.com/topic/1325863-fire-sparks-arson-concerns-at-rayong-chemical-warehouse/page/2/ The owner/director of WinProcess was detained in custody, on the 2 June, by Rayong Provincial Court and a number of different premises have been raided. He faces many charges in different areas of the country. These companies have been subject to legal action for poor procedures, lack of safety and no consideration for environmental impact , for over a decade. Some details on the Ayutthaya fires in this thread. https://aseannow.com/topic/1326393-chemical-store-blaze-in-ayutthaya-triggers-evacuation-of-hospital-and-local-community/#comment-18885503

  10. Please tell us which countries in the world would have regulations that require. sprinklers in an outdoor covered storage area? You do know that most sprinklers are installed as a life safety measure, not property protection. No one, even with a basic understanding of fire safety and fire protection, would expect sprinklers there. Please also supply evidence, to why you think this must be an insurance claim, base that on qualified fire investigation knowledge. Or are you so naive that you really think insurance companies just pay out all claims without a in-depth full forensic investigation. Here is something you may find hard to understand, but Thai insurance companies are like all insurance companies and do not like paying out.
  11. Some info from previous thread.
  12. Yet another plan/hub which is high on aspirations and short in terms of details on addressing the key obstacles Thailand faces. The Thai PM, first touted Thailand’s aviation hub dream in March this year, in a live TV broadcast, but is this really just pie in the sky? https://www.thaiexaminer.com/thai-news-foreigners/2024/03/02/thailand-faces-uphill-struggle-to-become-an-aviation-hub-after-2015-downgrade/
  13. The families of those killed in Boeing Max 8 crashes ask The Department of Justice to impose $24 billion fine and sanctions on Boeing. https://www.aviation24.be/airlines/ethiopian-airlines/families-of-boeing-737-max-crash-victims-demand-24-billion-fine-and-prosecution-of-manufacturers-executives/ https://finance.yahoo.com/news/relatives-people-killed-2-boeing-195912733.html
  14. Thai media update. “School Fire Destroys Classroom, Students Safe Thanks to Scout Activities The fire was at Wat Mai Krong Thong Secondary School, which is under royal patronise, broke out in the Grade 6/5 classroom on the fourth floor. Firefighters took approximately 20 minutes to extinguish the flames. An inspection revealed that students' learning materials, including phones and tablets in their bags, were damaged. Fortunately, at the time of the incident, the students were downstairs participating in scout activities, resulting in no injuries. Initially, authorities and the school have decided to close all primary level classes for two days. The fire is suspected to have been caused by an electrical short circuit, but forensic officers will continue to investigate the exact cause.” https://workpointnews.com/around/news/NAU5XTF
  15. This is the plastic storage, that burnt so fiercely.
  16. Seems that initial reports were wrong, and it was not a robot that caught fire. The fire started on the third floor of the Kiri Mat building, specifically in Room 311, which serves as a robotics laboratory. The fire involved a dust measurement device. Preliminary investigations suggest that the fire was caused by an electrical short circuit in the device and no injuries are reported.
  17. At 15:39 today, a fire broke out and is believed to involve a research robot with an internal battery. The fire occurred on the third floor of the Kiri Mat building at Ramkhamhaeng University. The fire was in the room where the robots are stored. Fortunately the incident was managed promptly and efficiently by responders and the damage limited to the one room.
  18. This fire is reported to have involved the plastic pellet storage, which may account for the amount of black smoke produced early in the fire. There are no reported injuries, but the initial damage value is approximately 20 million baht.
  19. 16.00 There are reports of a fire incident at Wat Mai Krong Thong School in the Sri Maha Phot district. Volunteer firefighters from the Eastern Firefighting Unit and fire trucks from the Sri Maha Phot Municipality are currently on the scene. Initial observations indicate smoke emanating from the fourth floor of the building. Emergency response teams are working to control and extinguish the fire. No further details available. Picture from responders.
  20. The fire has been successfully extinguished by approximately 15.00. The damage assessment is currently underway by the relevant authorities and the Rayong Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office has coordinated with the Rayong Provincial Pollution Control Office to check the air quality in the surrounding area. The results will be reported as soon as they are available, but there are believed to have been no chemicals involved in the fire.
  21. 14.30 Fire has been contained to the outdoor storage area, and prevented from spreading to nearby buildings. The roof of the storage area has burnt away and partially collapsed, making full extinguishment of the fire difficult.
  22. Video of the fire. https://fb.watch/sOgsLz4mIc/?
  23. June 19, at approximately 13:05 A fire broke out at the warehouse of Sangin Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., located in Tasit Subdistrict, Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province. 25. Thaksin Shinawatra is suing Thai Pakdee Party leader Warong Dechgitvigrom for claiming that Thaksin paid 2 billion baht for his bail, his lawyer Winyat Chartmontri said, and his legal team will file a lawsuit for several hundred million baht next week. Warong posted a reply on his social media, "I am not afraid of you." Justice Minister Tawee Sodsong commented on Warong's claims, stating "The person who made the statement must be held accountable because the justice system operates on honour and integrity. When making statements, one must have data, evidence, and facts, as it involves multiple organisations . I assure you that the justice process requires everyone to adhere to the law," Also as part of Thaksin's bail condition, he is barred from leaving the country without permission. Thaksin's passport must to be handed over, but since he has not used his Thai passport for a long time, he will have to obtain a new one before handing it over to the authorities.
