  1. This video, in Thai, covers the emergency response, the RVP, the aircraft landing, on the tarmac and taking off again. https://fb.watch/sIUB0Z2biG/?
  2. These are the details for this aircraft. Normally operates with a flight crew of 2 and a cabin crew of 2
  3. The tracking of most VIP aircraft, like this, is blocked on public access flight tracking apps.so location is unknown, as is standard. This flight, was not a scheduled commercial flight, so hence had no flight code number, it was only picked up on the tracking apps,, because it could be heard in the Pattaya and Sattahip area, as it made a low approach, and was required to have its transponder on. The only vehicles on the tarmac are seen in the pictures above. There was a lot of witnesses at the airport. Pictures below from emergency RVP. Details on this aircraft. https://www.acj.airbus.com/en/iflyacj/acj319-9h-liv
  4. This is the aircraft on the ground, last night. Registration number 9H-LIV Can be seen clearly
  5. I ran an earlier live thread link of this incident, link below. The details in the above report, is from Thai media, but from my earlier thread this was a VIP version of the A319 registration number 9H-LIV, operated by Comlux Malta. Details are currently very limited, and I can find no evidence of a swalk code 7700, general emergency, being declared, through any aviation channel. Information passed to responders at the RVP, changed from 100 passengers, to crew of 9 only, but neither stayed consistent. Most ambulances were keep at the RVP, and never went airside. The aircraft fly out again after an hour on the ground.
  6. The angle in the picture does not give an overview of the accident. The mini van is on the correct side of the road. Below is a wider view of the scene. From video posred online, the truck pushed the mini bus some distance after the collision.
  7. Latest reports are that this was a Airbus A-319-115 (CJ) with registration number 9H-LIV, and the aircraft, en route from Dubai to the Philippines, when it reported a malfunction indication with the landing gear. Consequently, the flight crew requested permission for an emergency landing at U-Tapao Airport. The numbers onboard are still unclear. The aircraft remained at U-Tapao Airport for about an hour for refueling and thorough system checks before it resumed its journey to its intended destination. 9H-LIV is a VIP aircraft operated by Comlux Malta. Pictures of the aircraft on the ground at U-Tapeo.
  8. Details of this flight are unclear, as no scheduled commercial flights were due. Flight radar data shows the aircraft transponder, but no flight coding. It is reported that this aircraft, was a Airbus A319, from Dubai, it had 2 flight crew and 7 cabin crew, but reports differ to if there were any passengers or not onboard.
  9. Emergency responders, debriefed and stood down at RVP (rendezvous point) RPReplay_Final1718392382.mov
  10. Plane and passengers are all safe. The earlier reports of the plane slid off the runway are wrong. Planes landing gear was working, just a false warning alert to the flight crew.
  11. This is video of the aircraft’s final approach, with a full emergency response on standby at the airport. RPReplay_Final1718391397.mov
  12. The aircraft declared an emergency after the front wheel would not fully extend. It is reported there are over a 100 passengers onboard. Flight details.
  13. An aircraft has made an emergency landing at U-Tapao Airport. It is being reported it landed successfully. but then slid off the runway.
  14. Clearly Line, has found the scam, and people must of experienced problems, or the company would not have issued the warning.
  15. LINE Thailand has warned users about SMS messages impersonating LINE, which inform users to log in to their LINE accounts to maintain their usage status. These messages contain fake links that lead to phishing sites, asking users to log in to their LINE accounts through a web browser. They advise users to carefully review messages and be cautious about clicking on such links.
  16. The van driver and 6 foreign tourist (3 males and 3 females) in the van were injured and required hospital treatment. There is no update statement, on their condition, but no deaths reported. The driver and several passengers had to be extricated by emergency responders using hydraulic cutting/rescue equipment. There were 2 persons in the truck, that were also transported to hospital for injuries.
  17. Yes thank you, I should have posted the translated version also.
  18. From 17-25 June, North Pattaya intersection with Sukhumvit Road, will be closed.
  19. Video from a passing car, seems to show that the passenger van was on the correct side of the road. The force of the impact is also seen on the video, by how far the van was pushed back up the road. RPReplay_Final1718344836.mov
  20. Here are a couple of links giving the background and an update on this long disputed (earlier 70s) area. This is all about the potential oil and gas reserves, claimed by both countries. https://www.clc-asia.com/thailand-cambodia-oca/ https://www.clc-asia.com/thailand-cambodia-overlapping-claims-area/ Area under dispute.
  21. Seems a strange place to drive the wrong way, where there is a road below, which would be easier. Pictures 1, is the overpass and picture 2, is looking down from where the motorcycle found. Accident was in front of the rescue foundation hut, not sure if staff are there at that time.
  22. Accident in Krabi Involving van and six-wheeler truck. 09:11 June 14, a serious accident occurred in the Klong Thom area, resulting in multiple injuries. The incident took place near Ban Klong Yang, Koh Klang Subdistrict, Koh Lanta District. A van collided head-on with a six-wheeler truck, causing significant damage and injuries. According to initial reports, around 7 to 10 individuals, mostly foreign tourists, sustained injuries in the crash. Emergency responders are working diligently to extricate 1 to 2 people who are still trapped inside the vehicles. Authorities have requested that all emergency teams proceed with utmost efficiency and caution to ensure the safety and well-being of those involved. Picture from responders at the scene.
  23. The support for emergency responders in Thailand, will depend which agency there are working for and in which area they are working. Remember at all incidents, there are often many volunteer rescue foundations that attend, for medical, rescue and firefighting. There are no national or regional standards for recruitment and the selection is done at a district or sub district.level, so standards differ. PTSD is often an overlooked problem, not only by management/leadership, but also by responders themself, that do not identify the symptoms and problems within themself. The better organisations, will offer and support their emergency responders. In this case, I doubt that PTSD can be to blame, as he has only been employed as a firefighter for a month.
  24. Thai media update. “June 13, - Mr. Anon, the rider involved in a recent altercation, immediately apologizsd upon meeting reporters. He explained that the incident occurred yesterday around 09:00 when a passenger mistakenly set the pickup point at Soi Pracharat Bamphen 18 instead of Soi Pracharat Bamphen 20. The ride to Soi On Nut 41 was supposed to cost 131 baht according to the app. However, upon arrival, the passenger paid only 66 baht, insisting that the fare couldn't be different. When attempts to contact the app for clarification failed, Mr. Anon proposed going to the Phra Khanong Police Station to resolve the issue, but the passenger refused and continued trying to reach the app. Meanwhile, Mr. Anon received another booking from Soi On Nut 54, which added to his frustration. He asked the passenger to pay the full fare of 131 baht so he could proceed with his next job, but the passenger didn't comply. Overwhelmed by stress and losing a customer, Mr. Anon admitted he lost control and assaulted the passenger. Reflecting on his actions, Mr. Anon expressed regret and noted that he should have insisted on going to the police station rather than resorting to violence. He reported to the police at Phra Khanong as requested and is awaiting further proceedings. He confirmed being permanently banned from the app and accepted full responsibility for his actions. Mr. Anon acknowledged his short temper and promised cooperation with the police. He urged the app to address fare discrepancies, which riders often bear. Regarding a controversial voice clip, he clarified that his statements were misinterpreted. In his final remarks, Mr. Anon apologised and emphasised that the incident was not a momentary lapse in judgment but a result of escalating circumstances. He urged the public to consider multiple perspectives before judging. “I'm sorry. It wasn't a momentary lapse but a result of the situation. This wouldn't have happened if you had agreed to go to the police station with me initially,” Mr. Anon concluded.” https://workpointnews.com/around/news/NYIMS2E
