  1. Good morning. Today's breakfast: Stuffed Omelet Bowl. Ingredients: Cold rice, and (pre-cooked) chicken mince, onion, pumpkin, garlic shoots, potato, soy milk, tofu(bean curd), and raw egg. Seasonings: Chicken stock, soy, oyster, fish sauce, grated ginger(if you use any meat). Stuff can be anything that suits your taste (e.g. chopped up bread, other kind of meat, canned tuna, or vegetable only. Can go with/without soy milk). It takes skill to make an omelet with stuffing in it. But if you use a bowl like this, and a microwave, it is pretty easy. Put your favorite ingredients in a bowl, and mix them well with seasonings. And then, pour 1-2 beaten egg(s) on that. It will be tastier if you put small amount of stock in the beaten egg as well. Finally, put a gentle cover on top of the bowl, and cook it for 3-5 minutes or so, in a microwave at 500-600w. Time duration depends on the type you got.
  2. Their most unknown exports.: Cyber Criminals? And what actually happened to them, after Malaysia sent them to China, instead of their home country(Taiwan)? Were they jailed there? Or started the same again there?
  3. Hi, you are in Malaysia? Taiwan's govt kicked out own criminals to the mainland of China, after they were expelled from Malaysia? Quite amazing. Thank you for sharing what you knew about scamming business over there. Have a good day.

  11. Don't go to Thailand due to Higher Fraud Risk? Overreaction at laughable level. The funniest kind of Overseas Safety Information I have ever heard of. It is often a lot more exaggerated than reality. But not as absurd as this...
  12. Thailand ceded 40% of its land to France(large part of Lao used to be Thai territory before 1840. Political compromise is one thing. Being colonized is another.
  13. Whatever behind its history, Thailand was the only SEA nation that kept independence through the age of imperialism. And the Buffer Zone thing was not the only factor. Significances behind their independence: Rapid modernization (1851-68 during the reign of King Rama4th and 5th). Renewal of their legal system, introduction of compulsory education(utilizing temples), railway, and telegraph, administrative reform, abolishment of slavery etc. Skillful diplomacy including Territorial compromise(giving up nearly 40% of its area to France; Thai-French Treaty in 1840. Vast area of Lao used to be Thailand before that). Relatively strong military(in SEA standard). Western advisors to set the course of their diplomatic policies. https://www.google.com/search?q=thailand's+strategy+to+stay+independent+during+the+age+of+imperialism&sca_esv=eb707a05b5531bd8&sxsrf=AHTn8zrgHb2o6FjqJ_Y4SdOwfUloKeMZyw

  15. One biggest (untold) loophole. It is the fact that they don't question(or turn over) other bureaucrats' decision. As long as that extension stamp itself is genuine(not counterfeited), they can't find fault with that. I know someone who had his retirement o extended outside regular cycle through visa broker(in 2015): He said that the agent told him further extension might not be available due to military regime's crackdown on visa cheat. And he believed it, asked them to have extended it at otherwise wrong time. When he came back to Thailand from the neighboring country, he was stopped at the point of re-entry. Once the immigration man saw red(finding out he is cheating), but eventually allowed in. And his subsequent extension has never been affected by that incident at that border...

  20. In game of sports, quantity often turns into quality(more participants lead to greater numbers of better players). But in tourism market, often The Opposite applies... One iconic example.
  21. Better check out around as many as different banks(or their branches). This is Thailand, often lacking One Set Uniform Standard. One manager might say no. But with another, might be a different story. If you are over 50, there is one quote with which you can let them say Yes. "..Eyeing 800K deposit for my retirement here...”
  22. You are doing your part, to keep them corrupted LOL...
  23. It is a silly thing to do, isn’t it? Showing off own money in public, only draws wrong sorts of attention anywhere. Thieves, robbers, fraudster etc...
