  1. Erm... that doesn't mean that it won't work. Where there is a will, there is a way. If it worked with Windows 10, it will work with Windows 11.
  2. I guess he is referring to restaurants. Taking your own bottle is accepted in many places, as often you are purchasing ice, mixers and food. Some restaurants will simply apply a 'corkage fee' instead.
  3. What a detailed rebuttal that was NOT. Pathetic.
  4. I've let you know how to contact them to find out. Walking Street location was likely as it was connected to Julie Complex, for those who don't know: http://www.pattayaone.com/hotelclosed.html They moved on to build Bali Hai Bay.
  5. Again, a matter of taste. I used to pop in there for pastries a while back. Don't eat sugary things that often anymore.
  6. Though to be fair, the products look good and authentic.
  7. I'm not wrong, it needs more eggy custard within. Obviously it's what I'm used to and of course my remark was made somewhat with tongue placed firmly in cheek. Don't take it too seriously. It's a matter of taste.
  8. I object! That's not a 'real' bread and butter pudding 😊 No one serves bread and butter pudding with custard. The custard is integral to the bread and butter pudding. I can't see any such thing is yours. Relegated to Bread Pudding status until rectified 😊
  9. Strange that they don't list their branch on the ground floor of Terminal 21. It's called Le café de Paris there.
  10. If the tea is included with the breakfast, then using your own teabag should also be acceptable.
  11. I think they would agree if you paid for a pot of tea but used your own teabags or loose leaf. The sign is likely against people bringing in food from outside places and using their premises to eat it, whilst perhaps buying a bottle of water. People do that you know. But paying for a pot of tea and using your own teabag should be perfectly acceptable. Hot water top ups should be included if you are buying breakfast and a pot of tea. A happy customer is likely a repeat customer.
  12. They don't sell Condensed Milk in Thailand 😊 Here is the TOPS website: https://www.tops.co.th/en/pantry-and-ingredients/canned-food/condensed-milk Show me the Carnation Condensed Milk that you think that you purchased. The Condensed Milk that you grew up with is not sold nor produced here. Perhaps you might obtain it from an independent retailer such a Siamburys if they bring any in. But the Carnation product sold in Thailand is related only by the brand name. I guess you haven't really bothered to look at the tin nor the ingredients. Carnation in the UK is milk and sugar; that's it. Perhaps 55% milk and 45% sugar. The locally produced item will have between 8% to 13% milk products if any milk products at all. Some are specifically labelled non-dairy. Take the time to look at what you are putting into your body.
  13. Doesn't look to me as if THEY are the trash here.
  14. You haven't ever been to the location or seen these people, have you? These are predominately teenagers just having fun riding around. Not interested in violence nor criminality. That's why you very rarely read about them, other than riding around on motorcycles being a bit of a nuisance. More likely they will be supporting local businesses. Local 'Mango with sticky rice and coconut milk' stand does a roaring business when they are in town. You won't see them in bars, fighting and feeling up women for hire. Yet, you felt compelled to refer to them as horrible, violent human beings. Quite disgusting, but not surprising from you sitting behind your keyboard with no real life experience of the subject.
  15. If you want information from the source, so to speak, give 'K' a call at the https://balihaibay.com or pop in and ask for her if in the vicinity. Then you'll know if they will reopen or are running another restaurant under a different name.
  16. They don't sell Evaporated Milk nor Condensed Milk in Thailand, unless specifically imported. If you are thinking about disputing this, don't. 😊 If you don't believe me, take the trouble to actually read the label the next time that you are in a shop. There will be a lot of dancing around, but no "Evaporated Milk" nor "Condensed Milk". The product is nothing like what you would get in the U.K.
  17. Whatever the reason for our apparent disagreement, we can certainly agree that the 'mini fan ovens/air fryers' can be very useful devices. My comparison really only covered basic devices at similar price points.
  18. Probably due to the email address used for sending being 'blocked' to replies. The good thing is that there will likely always be someone here to help guide you through should you need assistance.
  19. A poor attempt by yourself.... "Us" meaning that it's not just you and I who might peruse this thread. Others will read your economy with the truth. Personally, I try to help. The point being that I encouraged the OP to expand his repertoire with his idea of getting a slow cooker and advised others on the value of the original air fryers. They aren't as 'fancy' as the new designs, but they can do the same and even more. Plus they can be considerably less expensive. That's the reality. If you feel hurt by that, you'll just have to learn to get over it.
  20. You mean like 'keyboard warrior'? You start the insults and then cry when they are reflected back to you? How very adult.
  21. TOWER 12 litre air fryer from LIDL is £100. But here you are trying to convince us that you paid 2000 baht 😊
  22. Don't get tetchy with me girl. This one? https://www.towerhousewares.co.uk/air-fryers/12-litre-manual-air-fryer-oven I haven't ever seen a 12 litre TOWER air fryer in Thailand 😊 and certainly not for 2000 baht. A UK purchase? Expect to pay 4000 to 5000 baht in Thailand. Compared to around 700 baht for the original air fryer. Which was my point in the first place. That you can do everything that you can do and more. You can even expand the size of the original air fryer. You cannot do that with yours. I'm not just a warrior with the keyboard 😊
  23. Declined to do what? Show me where I declined 😊 Funny that you refuse to post the brand name and model number of your air fryer though, isn't it? 😊 Because we know it will either be similar to the model that I posted and you've been trying to string us along or if in Thailand, you spent 4,000 to 5,000 baht on a 'air fryer' that is no better than the original air fryer for 700 baht 😊 That's the 'rub' isn't it? Your trying to justify your spending more? So come on, post the details of your fantastic air fryer so we can evaluate it for ourselves.
  24. Okay, let's put this to bed. What is the brand and model number of your air fryer?
  25. You are just playing ignorant. Never mind. Up to you. If you wish to remain uneducated. The oven I posted IS an air fryer, but without the fancy LED and marketing. It can do all you suggest and more. When was the last time you created a 10" inch pizza in your air fryer? Not ever. A cake or bread fully baked without having to turn it over? The original is more versatile.
