  4. I just got one of these. Amazing value. It is some sort of light metal. Perhaps aluminum. I was only expecting plastic for that price. And works nice. I assume all the tiny holes will get plugged up with sediment eventually and then it will be tough to clean. Let's see.

A Thai oil massage followed by a happy ending? A trip to a crowded shopping mall and a wander around aimlessly buying stuff you don't need? A couple of Guinness at the pub followed by a short-time? A hot-pot lunch followed by an afternoon film in the theater? A boat ride on the river from Taksin Bridge up to the Grand Palace? A wander around the bustling fresh markets in China Town? Surfing the net and reading annoying posts on AN like this one? A run around Lumpini Park followed by some good street food along the backside of the park? A trip to the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC)? Stocking up on supplies at Lotus, Big-C or Makro? A visit to Kinokunia Book store followed by a good cup of coffee? Buying a bunch of fruit at Or Tor Kor Market? A fat spliff, followed by 3 chocolate bars, then contemplating your navel for hours and never leaving your bed? Or something completely different?
  15. All completely anecdotal. You need to routinely look at your own blood work and see how it's affecting your own body. First need all the following kidney tests to establish a baseline: BUN Blood Creatinine Crystatin C Blood Albumin Urine Protein Urine Creatinine Urine Albumin Or just ignore it all completely, which sounds like what you prefer.
  16. Your doing the body builder routine of 1 gram per pound of body weight. Overrated and not that much is needed if not a body builder. And after age 50 too much strain on the kidneys. Creatine definitely not good either. Take a look at your eGFR. If low then get these additional diagnostic tests: Blood Albumin Urine Protein Urine Creatinine Urine Albumin Crystatin C If all not so good then ease up on the protein and creatine and drink more green tea.
