    Perhaps better suggestions could be in replies if we could see the camera location to your property. I installed 1.5m high, 1" insulated white roof sheets over 10 meter wall with one side neighbor for noise (especially water pump noise), security, flying trash and blocking eye site. Total height of 3.5m.

    I always use a "lab", especially for general urine test that costs ฿70. PSA test ฿650, no matter Thai or farang price is the same.

    I've already experienced this at Rankhamhaeng hospital. I paid ฿9000 for my medications and then I found it at a pharmacy in Chaeng Wattana at ฿2500. At the same hospital cystoscopy costs ฿20,000-22000 (I guess it is done by the Dr without any report for the patient), but in Chaeng wattana public hospital (cystoscopy plan) costs 10,000 for Thai and 15000 for foreign.

    TIN will be needed when you want to get your CD anccount interest tax that is "withholding" by bank as "Income tax". Perhaps you won't need one.

    That right, my gf tells all our life details to other Thais, but everything becomes secret about her own side when it's the time to share with me. I'm sure she would share my ss# with others if she knew that. I guess this is the way. Not the 1st time.

    I never owned any type of hybrid, but 1st you need to make sure (if the dealer is confused) that the symptoms are really related to old batteries (contact Toyota customer service, if such service is available in Thailand). If not, look for the problem else where.

    I got the withhold tax back till end of 2023. I stoped filing after 2023 and not going to file anymore. Not worth it. Just get what ever they deposit to my account as interest. Less hassle, less dealing with different attitudes.

    I used Schneider for my house (safety 1st, ฿1k or ฿2k not important. How ever I believe all brands work the same way, more or less.

    I simply don't answer my phone, unless I know the caller or I'm waiting for a package delivery. I receive at least a few unknown phone calls every week. No answer to all.

    I was a popular (even though my size is smaller than many others) guy when I lived in LA, worked at a community college. In fact I did not have a big paycheck either and drove a pick up truck. I was in early 50s.
