    15 yeas ago everything was beautiful in Nimman when there was no Chinese. I moved out out of CM 2 years ago. I don't think I ever go back since CM is not it used to be.

    If you look at the nuclear deal between Iran and West that happened some years ago it's pretty much obvious that Iranian new president adviser is a middle man between Iranian gov. and democrats.

    What many people don't understand is line of production of those cars in Thailand, Africa or South America is different than what they make in North America or Europe. To offer them at very low price, but selling at low price requires making it at low cost as well.

    Confusing traffic signs will result in "fines". Too many confusing (old/new) speed limit signs all over roads and cameras watching for opportunity.

    There is no truth in politics, what is there all lie no matter what party wins, there are always 2 parties. Never ending story. Look at your two hands, left & right. But both hands belong to one man. Sometimes left, sometimes right. Regarding international policy considering benefits of own party is their priority, otherwise both parties destination will be the same (however sometimes wrong decisions could lead to great avoidable mistakes).

    I believe it is all about you. Where ever you are. 1st world, look, manners, education, work location(how many contacts everyday), family. 3rd world thicker wallet is the greatest factor.

    what is the currency exchange rate ? I guess currency exchange rate is lower than Wise. $5+currency exchange rate difference. To me the only advantage of using debit is the speed, in case of emergency needs.

    I'm not sure if changing address with SS will lead to residence address change. It's too risky for me since my bank told me that they will close/lock accounts if there is no US residence address (I guess they monitor credit reports)

    Change of residence address (to outside the US) will result in losing my US bank accounts (at least my US bank accounts, not sure about all US banks).

    I'm just wondering if he was a Thai teacher what would happen. Once in a while we hear/read in news that of course not only holding hands and hugging. And police usually don't do much even if there is a rape case. "It was just a misunderstanding"
