  1. Is being hounded by legal establishment ,but he will come out of jail even more popular. The rally in London last Saturday drew 25000,no arrests, opposite to the lefty mob
  2. Definitely , But not the fact he chose Thailand, it was the method of being paid. Choose IPC (unless you get a generous soul there to advise) then you are doooomed. Getting out of a frozen pension is difficult, but a Skype UK number could help out. There has never been any punitive action taken against any unfrozen pensioner, but looking at warnings from the frozen bunch are ludicrous to the extreme "met at airport by police on return to UK" "crying to get OAP restored" "do not know how the unfrozen sleep at night"" I know someone brigade" laughable, but you are answering against a hoard of jealous frozen difficult to get a word in
  3. Called" dumbing down"
  4. Do not need a house, just an address, paid for or not
  5. Think not. Read the rules, exceptions. However I conclude you are a long frozen individual with a beef. Nothing I can do ,however if I am missing something On my latest quest on the unlawful aspect of being unfrozen there in TH (or any where else) I did beg an answer and was rewarded by the statement" "I couldn't find any specific cases of older adults (OAPs) being sanctioned or punished for receiving an unfrozen state pension" This policy can have a devastating impact on affected individuals, leading to lost income and, in some cases, retirement in poverty. However to ease your troubled mindset I do prescribe a session with listening to Mrs Mills at the Piano ,or a session of The Archers February 1951,soothing to the ears (and mind) .
  6. There is an "official letter" that springs up at certain times that a couple of weirdos put together that does indeed look authentic as to some form of action was undertaken on receiving unfrozen pension there in TH. Looking deeper it was a voluntary "its there if u want to look it up) voluntary admission to DWP and invited them to a response as it was 5 years after the event, cost about £250 ,its hard to imagine the jealousy that springs forth
  7. I know you are looking in (in middle of night) it only a common curtesy to answer a perfectly legitimate statement. I know you are honest ,you have described yourself as such, have admitted it was not your "dosh" and "bingo" when right answer given (by yourself) when truth finally established, that it was indeed a set up Now we are all entering the period of festivities, please please come out of hiding, it is good for the soul, you admit it and in your case surely would be Amen
  8. Problem was the UK, shortly after the war UK set about making agreements with all countries. A set timetable was set money and time to make these agreements, however all ran of time and money and patience being thin the plan was scrapped
  9. its on Home Country thread, right at the top...pensions, its all there. He has been looking at this thread ,but not answering #Once again nobody but nobody has ever been sanctioned, money taken back, had money stopped,(suspended yes until they proof of life) anywhere in the world
  10. According to you there should be no state pension, as you have been dealt with by yourself
  11. prakhonchai nick not come back, never mind, have some explaining to do, never mind, Ill keep waiting By the way, nobody has ever been sanctioned/punished by DWP for receiving unfrozen state pension, not only in TH but anywhere else for that matter, never will be, keep to UK address
  12. You have to go back to the beginning of the locked thread to get the gist. prakhonchai nick but you could ask this poster why he made a voluntary statement and asked the DWP to furnish a letter (5 years after the said overpayment, noting 6 years is the max that can be snatched back) that would nice to know, but statements as "BINGO" when he was pinned to the mast in agreeing he did indeed ,jealousy, Seems his partner in crime has met an oily banana skin lol Its all there go back locked thread, see it all pan out,but he cannot deny it, its on record....sorry
  13. Only if you you get pension paid thru IPC, diy (transferwise etc) keep a UK address, but then IPC would not pay you
  14. There is no State Pension fraud, can come and go at will., no penalties
  15. Of course you could ask the organiser(here) of the letter from DWP,why he did it? what purpose was it for? were you (with your partner) so jealous that a hoax had to be played out......all these could be answered ,and have been...its on record anybody been prosected Advanced Member 7.9k Posted 4 hours ago ..and I've answered, it was a hoax, if you go to past threads on the subject the recipient (he did quote earlier) admitted he volunteered information to DWP for them to take action(wanted that letter). You will see comments like "bingo" and "wow" from him, but you will have trawl through past quotes Posted 4 hours ago I have already posted it, just for you again It was hoax, ask him,his details are above
  16. Not quite. You will have to go back a few years ,past threads on the subject. Jealousy took a big hand in this, two of them put this into being. Is admitted they informed DWP an overpayment some 5 years before had been made ,and to be honest they wanted to return it, not by posting a cheque but a official letter spelling out the consequence of their admitted claim.. Its all there , bizarre to the extreme #DWP could not do this(head of DWP) was involved, but then you could put through any letter through Editor and get the result you want Instead of banging on about the subject matter ask DWP (no answer) or next best A1 will answer DWP Q. am I committing a crime receiving an unfrozen pension in TH,and if there any punishment?.........none
  17. Are you sure? ,now I think not ,not in a million years ,talking State Pension of course
  18. ..and I've answered, it was a hoax, if you go to past threads on the subject the recipient (he did quote earlier) admitted he volunteered information to DWP for them to take action(wanted that letter). You will see comments like "bingo" and "wow" from him, but you will have trawl through past quotes
  19. is the author confessed it was years ago, lets see him come bach again Q has anyone been prosected/sanctioned for reviving OAP unfrozen pension in TH Copilot As of my last knowledge update, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the UK has not prosecuted nor sanctioned individuals for receiving an unfrozen Old Age Pension (OAP). However, there have been instances where the DWP identified underpayments and took corrective action. DWP will not answer, but next best the A1 artificial intelligence , go on ask no punishment nothing, shift your address to UK
  20. Yes ,we all know how this letter came about, and jealousy was the reason. The weird "confessed" to a payment some 5 years before totalling £250 and wanted the DWP to take action against himself,(letter as proof)it does spring up time to time. The author has been commenting earlier, if he wants to appear again please do, his past comments are noteworthy
  21. No others are missing something...money
  22. DWP not interested, use UK address, not sanctionable. Can change address using Skype
