  1. Non sanctionable /disqualifying ....non apply With all that you would think somebody in this wide world would have been sanctioned Nobody has or ever will
  2. " so a fiddle pension is waaaay more serious than late tax return eh "🤪 Where did this gem come from? a clue?, go on a clue LOL
  3. I find it even harder that people do not read DWP printed information ,(warnings too ) that do not effect OAP pensions
  4. The problem with you sunshine, is this you do not have a clue on DWP regulations. Read them up instead of wandering off in some dream state. There are no stoppages enforced or otherwise,(excepting PoL) which unfrozen will not receive Receiving unfrozen OAP pension in TH is not fraudulent ,and I might add, if it were ,no action would be undertaken, ANA freezing
  5. Link please, more like a parrot link link link lol why not go right into the subject to read, some people do not open links and as you full know ,links are not always possible, but then you would know that, keeps painful memories (for you) at bay Its a bum steer you have been on all these years, an absolute bum steer. Losing £60 000 quid, at least, Christmas bonuses, winter fuel allowance and now your likened to the Titanic, but its that never ending sinking feeling you have coupled with absolute jealousy, envy disbelief, spite, jealousy, anger plus plus plus, never ends for you lol lol Obv you are hoping the Benefits shake up is going to effect the OAPs........news for you...It ain't Could light a fire with all the bunce being received? lol You? could not even wipe your own arse with the amount of fivers (not) received
  6. Benefit fraud You commit benefit fraud by claiming benefits you’re not entitled to on purpose. For example by: Benefits that cannot be reduced or stopped Now you know links are not provided lol here's some text that obv you know well. Go seek DWP website Working on getting links right now hold on lol i.Attendance Allowance Bereavement Support Payment Child Benefit Child Tax Credit Christmas Bonus Disability Living Allowance Graduated Retirement Benefit Guardian’s Allowance Industrial Injuries Constant Attendance Allowance (where a Disablement Pension is payable) Industrial Injuries Exceptionally Severe Disablement Allowance (where a Disablement Pension is payable) Personal Independence Payment State Pension Social Fund Payments War Pension Constant Attendance Allowance War Pension Exceptionally Severe Disablement Allowance War Pension Mobility Supplement
  7. Gawd you again !!!, Not sure of anything sunshine are you 1 Non sanctionable is not "probably "correct, it is correct 2 DWP can freeze but not suspend, 3 no fraud, cannot defraud your own pension No His majesties Pleasure gobblygook plus Sending you some smacked arse lotion NEXT >
  8. I mean is this correct, it looks from a reliable source and not looking for clickbait lol I find your "interesting read" a tad erm ? what to say ? s.hite
  9. Everything you quoted I sincerely do mean and I do indeed bow down to your inspired and factual (ugh ) knowledgeable account ,however scousers are a bit prone to telling porkies, excluding you of course I can tell you are bereft of the crap that DWP regarding sanctions,..good on you dwp regulations state non sanctionable? You're correct. Some benefits, like Attendance Allowance (AA), OAP are considered non-sanctionable. This means that even if there is an issue with your claim, your benefit won't be reduced or stopped as a penalty1. However, advisable l to report any changes in your circumstances to avoid potential underpayments or complications. Could well be frozen if you so wish Would you like more information on how to report your travel plans to the DWP to ensure your benefit continues smoothly?
  10. Found this ,think a tad more informative than you . On yer bike as the saying goes and with a smacked arse it will be painful to say the least but dwp regulations state non sanctionable You're correct. Some benefits, like Attendance Allowance (AA), OAP are considered non-sanctionable. This means that even if there is an issue with your claim, your benefit won't be reduced or stopped as a penalty1. 11. You are the font of all the most useless crap imaginal. Another scouser having a tilt at wonderment. "common reporting standards " right This was a bad start for one, along with the blizzard of crap following. Did read ,(enough of it) he is 71 and look at health insurance there LOL In your search for the holy grail of DWP think tank on days in/days out there is none...period.
  12. Is this correct I do mean is it a fantasy of yours mixed in with a load of jealousy. I would not wonder anything sunshine, not to be, as stated "the new changes " not for SP ,but from your prospective Id look at DWP rules and regulations. There will be no "STOP PAYMENT " lol as by law pensioner must receive a pension, not "smacked with a letter" maybe your arse smacked as to false information You only have to guess at the non-interview get on that bike and pedal off into the septic tank
  13. " In respect of Old age pensions ,, fraud undermines the value of income for people at a time of life when sources of income become ever more limited, the chances of financial recovery of income for people of that age and at a time of life when sources of income become more limited, and the chances of financial recovery are nil" source govt funded survey from Portsmouth university
  14. Crap, a scouser? in court for everything bar a OAP If you can read ,and I'm assuming nothing, there are DWP rules and regulations that apply and there is nothing in those rules and regulations that even come close to state anything that you imply. So who to believe ?you or the DWP I know who'd I ignore. By the way its unlawful to deny a Pensioner his pension
  15. Is this correct, I mean is it actually correct the link Its words trotted out (click bait ) for an entirety in different publications. They cannot do anything ,there are no fines ,there is no back payment, no criminality and most certainly no SAM. Id look and take more interest in DWPs own rules and regulations before wandering off into fantasy land
  16. Essentially, the content mentioned above is nonsensical; no one has ever been penalized , nor is it likely to happen. Inquiring about the situation with the DWP or IPC merely serves to maintain employment and happy for the staff at IPC. and all you are doing is drawing attention to yourselves Les, featured in the videos, is flotsam, he does not know anything ,changes his tune frequently, as is everyone else; however, there have been no sanctions concerning OAP, and it's guaranteed there ever will be.
  17. retune tv
  18. No it will not, not for OAP. Depending where its made and not likely to recover anything (regulations Non sanctionable/disqualifying ) Yes more and more articles, bombarded with them, but its UC mainly and those howls will be getting much louder ,especially from the 35000 in Birmingham , could include Bradford, Rotherham Blackburn too. Good eh! Cannot access claim forms thru language barriers
  19. Tosh, the decision maker will make final judgement, No days away, nothing to determine anything Talking about SP, somebody mentioned fraud, you think a fraud charge will be given when the subject itself is fraud proof ie non sanctionable/disqualifying? Member 149 Posted Monday at 12:32 AM (edited) A1 8.8% rise to the OAP,a guy at 66 just retiring will lose some 81,000 pounds with compounding by the age of 82 Those figures are indeed eye-opening! The compounding effect of an 8.8% rise in the State Pension (OAP) can lead to significant financial differences over time. It's understandable that this issue is causing concern among pensioners and advocates alike. The debate around this is about fairness and ensuring that pensioners receive the full amount they are entitled to, regardless of where they live. It's a complex issue, but one that many believe needs addressing to uphold the principle of fairness.
  20. Hah ! what I really like to see ,really are the reports of 35000 souls there in Birmingham unable to collect their benefits through language issues, all on cu
  21. You think. Been saying this since the thread was formed ,was it 2012? .Its a contributed pension, not means tested. Could leave the UK and travel anywhere EU US anywhere, and they DWP can nudge all they want (they wont) Its a non sanctionable, disqualifying benefit Other means tested benefits definitely, but Id look be looking at the loss ,yes 8.8% is a bit high to judge by but its a loss with compounding something like £82000 over something like 16 years
