It's difficult to grasp your perspective on this, but it seems you never will—just continue producing subpar content. As stated, each payment (unfrozen) is calculated based on age, National Insurance contributions, SERPS, and graduation payments. So what? I receive all of these, as will anyone else who qualifies, and it amounts to a pretty penny when received unfrozen, of course. -

Its been stated time after time, its a contact address that is all, no nothing. All my contacts are in UK too, good way to go. They never phone, just one letter a year informing of your pension rise, make sure that letter is not returned, they will send a proof of life if returned, might temporary suspend oap until they know you are alive ,but will refund eventually when u make contact -

pilot When someone takes their anger out on you, it can be very hurtful and confusing. You may wonder what you did wrong or how you can make them stop. However, you should know that their anger is not your fault, and you don’t have to tolerate their abusive behavior. Here are some tips for navigating other people’s misplaced anger and protecting yourself in the process: Stay Calm and Composed: When someone redirects their anger and frustration at you, remain polite but detached. Say something like, “I understand you’re deeply upset over frozen pension, more than likely paranoid but there’s no need for hostility.” If they continue raging, remove yourself from the interaction. You don’t need to subject yourself to abuse. Remember It’s Not About You: Their anger usually isn’t about you. React with empathy and total compassion. Say, “It seems like you’re going through a horribly money-less frustrating time. I’m sorry to hear that dickhead.” Your level-headedness may help them gain perspective and calm down., tell them to cook some sausages Avoid Defensiveness: Don’t make excuses or get defensive. Remain neutral. If an apology is warranted later, offer a sincere one lol. But in the heat of the moment, stay centered. Seek Support: Get them to talk to a friend or family member to decompress. Their anger and insults say more about them which is true " thick as pig<deleted> comes to mind", so don’t internalize them. Release any negative feelings so you can remain detached and gleefully happy with your unfrozen pension well done, and you especially true and in control of your own reactions. Remember, you deserve respect and kindness, even when the frozen pensioners display are struggling desperately, perhaps doing self harm, with their uncontrollable emotions1. -

lol My house is well in order thank you. There is absolutely nothing DWP can do that effects OAP ,nothing. Stated many many times, in fact look it up DWP regulations no stoppages, no payback, no penalties except of course informing and that will be a freeze on oap. I refuse a freezing, anyway come back in 10 years or so, please tell how you feel lol -

The term "OAP" (Old Age Pension) is generally used to refer to the State Pension in the UK. The State Pension is not classified as a benefit in the same way that welfare benefits like Jobseeker's Allowance or Universal Credit are. Instead, it's a contributory pension that individuals receive based on their National Insurance contributions during their working life. By law you must receive this payment without any adjustment -

It sounds like there's a heated debate going on about pension fraud and the new government procedures. From what I can gather, there's a lot of back-and-forth about the legality and implications of receiving unfrozen pensions while living abroad, particularly in Thailand. The discussion seems to revolve around the government's efforts to combat pension fraud and how these new measures might affect pensioners living overseas. Some members are concerned about the potential impact on their pensions, while others are confident that they are following the law and have nothing to worry about. It's clear that emotions are running high, and there's a mix of frustration, concern, and even some humor in the exchanges. If you have any specific questions or need more information on this topic, feel free to ask! are unfrozen pensioners in th unlawful Receiving an unfrozen pension while living in Thailand is not unlawful. Vids? dunno about yours, but watching one now "African woman gratifies white OAP in a toilet" -

have dwp ever punished unfrozen pensioner caught? Copilot The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has not explicitly “punished” unfrozen pensioners caught living in frozen countries. However, the policy of frozen state pensions has been a contentious issue for many British pensioners living abroad.....and a OAP lives permanently in frozen country and receives unfrozen pension is that fraud? Copilot If an OAP (Old Age Pensioner) resides permanently in a frozen country and receives an unfrozen pension, it is not fraudulent. No action taken Let me explain: -

"OAP (Old Age Pension) is non-sanctionable, meaning other benefits may be adjusted. 'Maybe catch word' "There is no penalty for an unfrozen pension in Thailand." On phone at times ,bit difficult The DWP categorizes the OAP pension into one of four disqualified classes, where no direct sanctions can be applied. However, adjustments to other benefits may be possible, though it is challenging to determine how this could be done. The maximum period the DWP can investigate any wrongful claims is six years. -

Never have a true estimate, but Id hazard a guess its the majority of ex pats are not frozen. Of course could ask DWP as to any sanctions are visited on any "found" miscreants,...never answered, simply because nobody "found "out, or investigated As to "declared, "up to individual, but its sure a sucker punch when you have self denied yourself for years increases in pension. Means tested benefits are obv investigated for that £15000 in recipients bank, PP stamps for returning OA pensioners is a myth, as to being "caught" -

That isn't quite true,..however..The annual uprating of pensions is not set in law, its policy review. Policy that's been there 80 years, in all that time nobody has been prosecuted for receiving unfrozen pension in frozen land, and never will. Receive pension thru IPC ,yes frozen, opt for pension to be paid into Wise, no freezing, good % too 4.3 I think ,set up DD or SO paid automatically into wherever, no illegalities there
