Ok Guys. To those who are not sure of the benefits . I have done extensive research through the years. I am 70, done Judo all my life (in the UK) and I am extremely fit. Do all my own cooking, have loads of fruit and veg and use most spices and herbs. For years I followed the Daily Express food supplements , and other newspapers, there are cures for most ailments ....Broccoli for cancer, Blackberries for migraines ...the list is endless. Just use common sense. I exercise daily, I live in ta condo on the 5th floor. Daily I walk up the stairs to my condo after shopping. I exercise with the weights daily for 30 minute , squats , sit ups, plank, food alone won't make you health...its the good food and exercise !!!
