i didnt see any of that, i just got a non-imm B visa, i showed my company invitation letter, company documents, my air asia flight iteniary from bkk to sg, and back to bkk and that was it. no cash nothing.

i'm australian... so not some indian or malaysian trying to migrate to work... could be what the cash is about...

ok, i'm in singapore right now, i've just finished a visa run, I can confirm that they are NOT issuing multi entry B's here, only single entry...

under remarks it says "extension of stay not permitted" but that's crossed out. the lady who took the applications said i can apply for an extension at a local immigration office, but i assume that's only 30 days more? dont know.

Has anyone picked up a multi-B from Vientiane? i know of people getting a single, i need a muti though. otherwise I'm off to Singapore for 10x the cost for the same thing!! thanks

I am back from Ventiane and i can confirm that WP3 was not mandatory.

I provided all other documentation and i got my NON-B visa without too many questions except a red stamp on my passport with an advice that i have to apply for a work permit wich should be presented net time to the officer.

I hope this will help someone with the same problem.

i live in a townhouse on a soi, not in a village, our house used to be a small gold shop a while back, so it's barred up like a bank, feel kinda safe knowing that they would have to get through some metal bars to get in and a few padlocks.

the idea alone is worth nothing in principal, its the execution of the idea that counts.

until the idea is executed - whatever it is built, marketed, delivered etc, it's not worth much at all imo. everything has competition, and if it doesn't, as soon as you start it will, and their execution could kill you.

the ipod isn't a great product, but the marketing is fantastic.

well i did, and htey didnt know much, closed 4-5 months ago thats it.

no sale sign on there etc, did some google searches and couldnt even find who was selling it, not even a broker.

i'm trying to find information on a hotel named hotel california, its on thappraya road on the way to jomtien from 3rd road.

i'm moving into an office close to it, it looks really nice, big sign outside, heaps of money looks to have been spent on it, engraved marble floors etc, really well done, but it's closed... inside looks to be like a years of mail on the floor. no sign of life, or sign saying its closed etc.

actually says open 24hrs. heh.

would be interested if anyone knows anything about it, or even who owns it, we might be interested in taking it over if its available.

just seems weird that its fully decked out but closed for so long without anything happening there...
