    I don't care what you call it. Myself and very many others on this forum who may choose to speak out or stay silent, know that it is true. We've actually seen and experienced it. So your protestations mean precisely nothing.

    No. But you can find one if it makes you feel better. Myself and many around the country, especially including Samui and the surrounding islands, can recount you hundreds of shocking experiences all the way back from the 90's. The fact that you don't know about it, tells you how much is supressed. Read the above article from the Thai Examiner. This was not an isolated incident, but continued behaviour from expats.

    It would not work, as the Israelis have had this reputation since the '90s. But no one here talks about it. I remember that their government at one point had to have a national campaign to remind them to behave properly abroad. Obviously didn't work in the long term.

    Try the alternative numbers supplied for eBay. If it doesn't work, AFAIK you would need specifically a TRUE Tourist SIM to obtain those prices. Maybe 49 baht from 7-11.

    It means that once you have used up 49 baht worth of credit, they won't charge any more for that day. They just give you a slow/throttled connection until midnight the same day. If you tether, rather than purchasing a specific volume of data; 1.25GB, look at their fixed speed plans. 4Mbps plan is 32 baht for the day. 1.25GB vs 40GB for the difference of 7 baht seems a no brainer.

    Alternative would be to source and replace the screen yourself. Price for OLED screen with fingerprint support from around 2500 to 4000 baht. Fitting, I imagine, no more than 500 baht.

    If Firefox is the best, then why are you suffering issues that people with the other browser aren't having? It seems that you have convinced yourself of something that isn't necessarily so. Which add-ons do you use with Firefox on the cellphone?
