The onus is on the person undertaking the illegal action, to do it safely without impacting the safety of others. They failed. Their fault. Honda ADV riders should not have left the scene, but they obviously did not want to be blamed for an accident that someone else caused. Perhaps they decided to go to the hospital or clinic immediately.

To add to what @recom273 is asserting, most access to even popular sites such as PB, have embedded redirects that you need to click through in order to get the material that you need. There is rarely a need to go through such a rigmarole these days. Definitely no need to download the whole thing if you just want to evaluate whether it's worth going forward with watching more.

I happened upon an article the other day, that 80% of the land left to the ancestors of former slaves has been appropriated. Hardly a surprise that you have so many homeless there. No land and all huddled together in big cities. Cannot grow their own food. Cannot live sustainable lives. Only to be slaves once again just for survival. These are your brothers and sisters. Americans. Yet they are regularly discriminated against, in ways that you and I might not even imagine. Of course if you are poor and have few resources you are going to be forced down roads you might prefer to not go. In the same vein, I don't exploit people anywhere I go. It's just not the way I want to be. I want everyone to have their best lives. Taking only what they need. If everyone has enough, it follows there will be less crime in general. What you are suggesting seems more than cruel. You want to make them invisible. I don't care if it's Trump, or whomever. I just look at what they do. Just making money off their own people. Better to surround yourself with people you love and trust and vice versa. I hope Trump can really do some good for the country and help everyone to have a better quality of life. Really. But... So conspiracy theories or not, I would prefer there to be more good people than bad people. Poor doesn't equal bad. Rich people can make 'bad' choices in order to enrich themselves and then convince you the people they cheated are the bad guys. We don't know. All we can do is to be good to each other and in that way live our best possible lives.

@uncletiger I think that you might be stretching credibility a bit. I would like nothing more than all Americans having a good quality of life. Happy and healthy. All people in fact. But that isn't the case is it? The rich and powerful take what they want, leaving those without connections poor and destitute. Then those people are blamed for being poor and destitute. If you take away their protections, what then? What is the plan for every American to have a good quality of life? There's too much hate and what seems like an unhealthy obsession for "folks on the left". What is so bad about the people who you describe? You make it sound like a battle between good and evil. But how do we know who is good and who is evil? On the surface, none of it looks good and all I see from those who claim to be on the Right, is hatred and abuse. Hating their fellow Americans.

@KannikaP Thanks for agreeing with me 😊 The OP needs to get something that gets closer to being able to reproducing those long waves. You can obtain reference tones that go through the spectrum from 20Hz to 20KHz, to see what your system can cover. Likely the smaller and gimmicky systems won't respond until it hits the lower mid-range, let alone bass frequencies. The lowest note on a standard piano is around 27Hz and that will also produce harmonics at 54Hz and 81Hz etc Vocals as low as 60Hz Electric bass, B string around 30Hz, E string around 41Hz. Even a bass cabinet used by pros with 10" plus speakers can start to 'roll off' at 60Hz. So that will tell you something about the claimed specification of the little consumer speakers. Honest specification would always have a decibel figure to indicate that the specifications are correct within certain limits e.g. +/- 3dB Without that, the specification is essentially meaningless. So if you want to hear more of the music, get something that can go some way to reproducing some of the lower end too. Then you'll be able to detect more of what they are trying to tell you.

That's teenage stuff. By the time you are an adult you might have developed some emotional intelligence. You know, understanding if and when people actually like you. But if you are leering over young women and expecting them to love and respect you...
