Car accident, who should pay the excess?

Car got hit in the back from a speeding stolen motorbike. The guy dont have any id, money and is stoned/high to the limit. Who should pay the excess in this case, me or the insurance company? I wasnt at fault and the guy causing the accident wont/cant pay anything.

Did you go to this year motorshow in bkk and what are/were the discounts to be had? I seem to recall a few years ago it was about 10% cheaper buying there. Not sure thats still the case?

Does ibkr report to the thai tax(revenue dep?) if you have your adress/domicile in thailand, or you need do it yourself? What is the tax % on capital gains in thailand, i read somewhere its 0% and 15% on dividends?

I read somewhere last year that there where something about 50 k thb limit for incoming transfer(to certain banks) from overseas, can somebody explain?

Mother in law have 1 plot sor por gor and 1 plot sor kor 1 and its current in my wifes grandfathers name. I understand its not possible to transfer the land since its plots given by the government. 1:Is it possible to change the name on the deed to my wifes mum or even my wife(from the grandfathers name) ? 2: If not, can they(at the land office) make a note or something in the computer that my wife is the grandchild, for make things easier in the future?

Yes correct, have a new passport and moving the visa over from the old one to new one.
