  1. Haven't paid any IT since 1991, and still don't with LTR and mainly income from UN, but I worry they'll invent some toxic rule where you must pay IT at least in one country. Hope I'll die before.
  2. LTR has been a chop on his shoulder from the onset. Reckon he was refused the "certified agency" status... Or maybe [metaphorically] the lady in charge knows the size of d...k.
  3. Another 3 years is OK, I'd rather die before my sex life.
  4. Naah, he claims Corsica is part of the US because he likes young wild boar stew for breakfast, while fondling some underage creature..
  5. Removed mine, happy with it. And what really amazed me was that there wasn't any recovery. Admitted a 7am, enjoying a blueberry cheesecake at 3pm the next day. Had fish for lunch though.
  6. Racism is at the core of "Thainess", that's all. Take it or leave it.
  7. Well, I don't see how Thailand can accept to bear the financial risk incurred from an aging foreign population, many of which have no health cover nor the means to pay for the treatment of the inevitable catastrophic illness. But that's only my opinion.
  8. The thing is it should be, shouldn't?
  9. Gave up on marriage extensions after 7 extensions, got the LTR as soon as it came out. Never had any issues like the OP, but with the IO being 60Km away it still claimed two days a year, by design,
  10. Would be easy, restrict visas for single men.
  11. So it was your doppelgänger who wrote this? Wonder who needs the Lithium...
  12. RD743 exempts income remitted to Thailand. I let you decide what will happen to unremitted worldwide income. To me it looks almost as if the whole thing had be planned, maybe just sketched out, ahead.
  13. Yeah, the problem is that a third S, for Solidarity, should have been included there. Yet it has always been implied as the system couldn't work otherwise. Something not too bright people tend to overlook.
  14. Don't need to imagine anything, I monitor US press and media.
  15. Like your post. Will her insurance cover her ICU cots, when she blows.. her head gasket?
  16. I see, now , what I do is to transfer early, every January, most of my previous year's income, which my beloved will be busy spending until the subsequent transfer. No big deal and that makes me 100%, in this regard.. I am much more concerne about what would happen if I accumulated funds on overseas account while LTR exempt and decided to remit while no more. Also no one has ever mentioned the situation where a Thai tax resident inherits funds or a pension from an LTR holder..
  17. Could anyone give the link to that GoFundMe Travel insurance? I have been using Luma in my recents trips, but GoFundMe looks very popular.
  18. Got 7 extensions, in Buriram/Surin, with money in a term deposit account.
  19. Agree, crazy these things still happen. Crackdown is overdue.
  20. The left of what? Where is the left of a narcissistic dictator?
  21. Would be interesting to see that carrier sunk. The ragheads can have interesting tricks. The was a time before 2025 were I wouldn't have posted that...
  22. One thing we should know by now is that US have forsaken Democracy. And honestly right now I reckon we'd be safer if we built a strong alliance with China. Australia, New Zealand, Canada, as well as the emerging democracies of Latin America should go down that same path. US must be isolated in the nuthouse, with Putin, ASAP. At least signs of this happening must be evident by 2027.
  23. And along the same line on could imagine someone who stayed 179 days in Thailand in a given year to "flag" RD that he stayed less than 180 days. Or worse, all tourists who didn't turn up...🙃
