It’s a common Asian Rat Snake, they are everywhere, all over Asia, can get up to 6 feet long, and eat rats, if you have a mouse problem in your compound, you will find these hiding everywhere, soon, no mice. Their Country, Their Rules, Their Laws - would the ‘tourists’ break those laws in their own country had they been enacted?? - I think not. 5000 baht fine for each of them, advertise it on television, newspapers, and social media’s so others will learn - The Thai’s won’t tolerate you breaking their laws. You want to smoke?? go to a designated smoking area…….just like going to the bathroom, you wouldn’t poop on the beach because you have to walk a block to a toilet would you?? I joined ThaiVisa.com to learn about Visa’s in Thailand, that was many, many moons ago, even have had a few beers and lunches in the old The Lounge Bar (defacto Thaivisa.com bar) have joined, de-joined, re-incarnated a few times since then. It used to be a wealth of information, electicians, construction engineers, plumbing experts, farmers, gardners, animal husbandry, Computer and IT afficianado’s, and of course Thailand Visa Information. It has since turned into a Barstool Commando’s playroom, a wealth of dis-information, and all around attacking posters. They could get rid of the Political forum and I am sure it wouldn’t be missed by many of ‘ole timers’ Like the efficient feature that allows you to ignore whomever you wish, and it works, got three folks on ignore and haven’t read a peep out of them. They pbly know who they are, don’t care.

It is available in Thailand, but can only be bought thru a Hospital, and from what I have seen double.triple the price what I can get it for in US or Canada. Thank you looks like too much trouble. The item is available, but the newest one I have seen is at least a 2020 model, and double the price………and only from a Hospital. I want the upgraded best model for 2025. Peace

Any idea what the taxes would be on a Medical Device imported from USA would be? The cost of item is approx $900 USD, and they do ship to Thailand. I don't want to get stuck with a huge import tax if I order it. So anyone that has imported something kind of high priced recently, please let us know what taxes you paid, if any. Thanks in advance

Venezuelan Oil is pretty low grade, very thick, and hard to refine, at one time, the US was the only place that could refine it, that may have changed. I worked in Venezuela for two years, during Chavez and after he died before we got kicked out. Chevron destroyed as much of the equipement it could before hightailing it out, including all the computers and software. Chinese had no clue how to get the drills going, took them a few years I understand.
