  1. Between chicken, pork, beef, or other options, what tends to work best for weight management? Any tips on cuts, cooking methods, or portion sizes would be really helpful.
  2. Sit ups I keep hearing, is this the answer?
  3. Really, never used to be.
  4. Immigration in Don Muang are furious, interviewing all involved.
  5. I’m a 68-year-old man and I’ve been carrying extra weight around my middle for years. I don’t drink much alcohol, but I still have what people call a “beer belly.” At my age, I know metabolism slows down and crash diets aren’t a good idea. What are the safest and most effective ways for someone in their late 60s to reduce abdominal fat - diet adjustments, specific types of exercise, or other lifestyle changes? I’d really value advice from people who have tackled this in their 60s and beyond. Thanks in advance.
  6. Many years ago I took this when doing very stressful work in the UK, many hours. It worked and I took it for 5 years or so. I had no problems coming off but did it as advised, every 2nd day, then 3rd etc. My question, where can I buy it in Bangkok, Bang Na area?
  7. Would running in the morning be better, or after lunch. I don’t have much for dinner and heard running at night is not good for sleep.
  8. Who are you accusing of being antisemitic? Anyone who disagrees with you, by your previous posts.

Actually, not recently, I’ll keep a note, thanks.
  10. Not really, the Zionists will never admit it, they will avoid the topic, apart from the hardcore ones.

Hello,I’ve it on 10 kg and can’t understand how. I don’t eat dinner, just a fruit shake bananas, guava, dragon fruit. It all seems to be my belly but only drink gin and tonic. I run 3x a week. Have a small amount of mixed nuts in evening Any suggestion what is wrong? Weetabix and cereal for breakfast, nothing unusual for lunch. Now 93 kg.
  13. What kind of people make up stories of beheaded babies? On October 10, official Israeli accounts relayed a sordid but unfounded allegation. Six months later, it continues to circulate, fueling accusations of Israeli disinformation. https://www.lemonde.fr/en/les-decodeurs/article/2024/04/03/40-beheaded-babies-the-itinerary-of-a-rumor-at-the-heart-of-the-information-battle-between-israel-and-hamas_6667274_8.html
  14. It is not a supposed organization. 24% is a considerable number, hence the article and its presence here. These are genocide experts. If the 76% didn’t vote, it prolly means they don’t think its not a genocide
  15. That is not a fact. It was an attack but not genocidal.
  16. Hamas has issued political revisions in practice. More importantly, Israel’s conduct in Gaza is judged under international humanitarian and criminal law, not by what Hamas’s charter says.
  17. They are not defending Israel, its collective punishment. And as stated in the OP, genocide. https://www.amnesty.org/en/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/mde150212008eng.pdf https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2025/05/israel-opt-two-months-of-cruel-and-inhumane-siege-are-further-evidence-of-israels-genocidal-intent-in-gaza/
  18. This started many years ago, if Hamas surrender another group of freedom fighters would take over. Hamas did not start this war. Starting in the early 1990s, Israel made it increasingly difficult for Palestinians and commercial goods to enter or leave Gaza, which along with the West Bank and East Jerusalem has been under Israeli military occupation since 1967. In 2007, following Hamas’ victory in parliamentary elections for the Palestinian Authority, Israel imposed a suffocating siege and naval blockade on Gaza that have been repeatedly condemned by the UN and rights groups as collective punishment of the entire population and illegal. https://imeu.org/article/fact-sheet-legal-status-of-israels-siege-blockade-of-gaza?utm_source=chatgpt.com
  19. In 2017 Hamas changed their charter, saying they would accept the 1967 borders. Hamas are freedom fighters and Israel the terrorist to an increasing number of people , open your eyes and read unbiased news. Israel should surrender, by releasing ALL political prisoners, TOTAL withdrawal of all Palestinian areas, taking all illegal “settlements” out of the West Bank and reverting to the 1967 borders. This whole mess is due to Israel’s despicable discrimination and abuse of Palestinians, a blockade, Apartheid and checkpoints which make life for Palestinians practically unbearable. Take a few minutes and listen to the expert on video on the previous page. Multiple armed groups operate in Gaza and beyond (e.g., Palestinian Islamic Jihad), and core disputes (occupation, borders, refugees, Jerusalem) predate Hamas and persist independently of its decisions. Removing or disarming Hamas would not end violence or resolve those issues. The hostilities have repeatedly affected civilians far beyond Hamas. Years before the current war, international bodies described the Gaza closure as collective punishment, which is of course illegal, underscoring that policies weren’t narrowly conditioned on Hamas recognition or surrender. That history contradicts the idea that “Hamas alone” is the trigger for attacks.
  20. I hope this source is allowed here, from the United Nations special rapporteur. The speaker in question, Dr Maung Zarni, is perhaps the world's expert on Genocide, widely respected in his field and was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize in 2024.
  21. What you don’t condemn, you condone. It seems that you can’t condemn ANYTHING that Israel are doing, which is a bit weird tbh. You now know about the IDF snipers but CHOOSE not to comment, which means you don’t condemn it. Think about that.
  22. Here’s another video exposing the terrorist IDF.
  23. I believe you are bored talking about Israel as the point has come where trying to defend it is looking foolish and you can’t support them anymore. Please give your opinion on the snipers firing at kneecaps and stop avoiding it with lies like you have no time or are bored talking about it.
