There's no reason not to know why since foreign despots were not showering money on the Bidens. The one who comes the closest is Yelena Baturina whose husband had been the mayor of Moscow. But by the time she was sending Hunter Biden money, not only was her husband not in office but she had fled to London because of a dispute with the Russian government involving corruption charges.
