  2. Thank you for posting and raising awareness, this is indeed tragic.. Unfortunately, sometimes when people feel overwhelmed and hopeless, they can start thinking about ending their own life, there is a safe space where those concerned about themselves or loved ones can talk to someone who listens without prejudice and judgement. Without realising it we tend to choose partners and stay in relationships because they fit familiar emotional roles ( Even though these or those roles were painful ) In therapy we can call this repetition compulsion or reenactment. Together we can explore these roles and relational templates, understanding is the first step to clarity and to emphasise growth and choice.
