I believe Pulsar is made by Bajaj of India.
I have ridden the Pulsar 180 and 200 and they are ok for the price point. -
A friend just got a Garmin camera with GPS, at first glance it looks pretty rugged.

Consular affairs building in chaeng wattana is fast.
Went there with a friend at 12 and out by 12:20.

I bought 4 condos in Aspace condos on Din Daeng street in 2009.
They were purchased for 934000 Baht each.
I rent them out at 9000 baht/month. They have been occupied continually since I bought them.
BTW they are 28 sq/Meter condos.
I am happy with the ROI and will continue to buy small condos near shopping and MRT/BTS

I can't read Thai so I don't know what was in the statement at the time.
He offered money because we were in a hurry to go to Chinatown.
Time is money.
My friends who read the statement said it had to do with my friend riding a motorcycle which didn't belong to him. They called my wife who owns the bike and she told them he is allowed to drive it.
BTW my wife is Mainland Chinese.

Happened to a friend of mine. We were both riding our motorcycles and the cops stopped him. The usual two cops on a motorbike.
They searched him and his bike as I stood watching. For some reason they weren't interested in me.
We offered them money and they wouldn't take it. We went back to the station(Din Daeng) with them.
They wrote a statement and made my friend sign it. After they let him go.
One of the cops came outside when we were leaving and gave his mobile number to us.
He asked us to call him if we see any suspicious farang in the area.
This police stop wasn't about money.
BTW this took place on Din Daeng Road near to Ratchada intersection.
