  1. My next appointment at Bumrungrad is scheduled for June 3, 2020. I see an Internist every 3 months for blood work and am prescribed an array of medications. I travel from Nakhon Sawan. My concern is with traveling between Provinces at the moment and not getting my necessary medications. If I cannot get them I will be stopping abruptly which could create a health concern or a system shock.

I don't know the question I am asking but I am looking for some advice on how others have handled any similar problems. Thanks.

  2. I just wrote an extensive report on renewing an O-A Visa based on marriage. Apparently it was not accepted by TV but nonetheless I did make reference to how they calculated my monthly deposits. I was missing a foreign deposit in December. She added up all deposits and divided by 12 and then stated why are you changing over to Visa based on marriage when you have more than enough to renew your O-A. I said for insurance reasons.

I think what Streetlite is saying is that he has a routine hospital appointment and is concerned about visiting a hospital during this crisis because he is elderly. I also need to visit my hospital for a blood test and have put it off twice as I am sure that there are many more cases of CV in Thailand than reported and  I don't want to visit a potential disease hotspot in Pattaya where the authorities are more concerned over Tourist Income than my health

Yes, that is what I am saying. I too go for blood tests every 3 months, skin checkup and now a cataract check. I take several prescribed meds that I need to take daily and am afraid that if I stop them abruptly things may get bad. I'm keeping the appointment. I'll let everyone know how it works out.

  4. I have appointments at Bumrungrad on Wed., March 4th. I sent an e-mail asking about how they are handling the virus. They told me to use the emergency room entrance where I will need to fill out a form before proceeding or I could fill out the form that they attached to the e-mail and send it back, which is what I did. My concern is that I am 72 years old.

  5. I have a question that may be a little outside this topic but involves my next 90 report and my recent TM130 report. I came back from the States on July 11, 2019 but did not report to IO until August 20, 2019 to complete a TM130. Before I went I filled out a form using just my credentials (passport photo, retirement extension, new TM 6 and yellow house book) and just in case one using my wife's credentials (Thai ID, blue housebook, guest registry with my info). They said no to my credentials but yes to the wife's credentials. They did not charge us a fine and stapled a receipt for Aug. 20 into my passport. My question is about the 90 report. Do I use the July 11 return date or do I use the TM130 Aug. 20 date to count down the 90 days. The IO officer made it a point of showing the receipt dated Aug. 20 and afterwards I thought maybe that was an indication concerning the 90 day report.
