I have looked at houses to buy and the prices being asked are about 30% above market value! No one wants to really sell! In the past past 3 years I have seen landed houses prices in the lower Sukumvit area before Onnut that are stupid like their owners!

What about the Airport Link starting from Suvarnambum to Phayathai to Don Muang? Will the link ever be finsihed? Typically airport links do not require you to change trains or providers?

So the 99 year lease means all the property must be sold to the govenrment at govenrment rates so they can lease it to foreigners? I thought Trump was a joke but this a is bigger one!

Obviously the government weed shop complained about unfair competition from an unlicensed foreign import that would effect their sales!
