On the back of the 3 condom box look at the lower right hand corner and you will find the width in mm. The biggest I have seen is 53mm.
Best of luck and as someone else mentioned bring from your home country if you find local ones to small.

OP as mentioned your 3 options are CAT CDMA, GPRS/Edge using your mobile phone and satellite via IPStar.
Your planned use of internet service will best determine which service is cost effective for you.

Something you might try is the freezer method first. Stick the HDD in zip lock bag and put in freezer overnight. Next morning quickly install in external HDD case and see if it works. Mine ran fine after overnight freeze and I was able to recover files.
Just out of curiosity I tried drive again the following day without overnight freeze and it did not work.

This year's high season will not compare with seasons past so don't worry. I for one don't think you will have any problems finding what you want.

Just need to sign seller section of Vehicle Certificate of Title including odometer section and its done. No need to be present.
Make sure you send in notification to DMV that you have sold car in case buyer does not register in his name. This will relieve you of any future liability and I think can be done online now.
Google California DMV and check site because they will have all the details.
One more thing you as seller must provide smog inspection before can be registered.

Check the following web site <snip>
I had friend that owned condo a little past the Hermitage Resort on 224 highway and he had broadband internet, satellite and cable TV. Can't remember name of condo but they rent non owned units. Corner units are very nice.
Its located on Taosura Soi 25 which is before you get to the 226 highway that goes to Buri Ram. Use google maps to locate.

Could someone please tell me where Washington Square is in Bangkok?
Thank you
Washington Square can be accessed across the Soi from Regency Park Hotel located on Sukhumvit Soi 22. It can also be accessed next to the Dubliner Pub which is located on Sukhumvit about 200 meters from Soi 22 walking toward Emporium.

OP when you say "I am about to switch to Wifi" what are you trying to do exactly? Are you trying to set up wireless network in your abode or are you just trying to connect your PC to an existing wireless network?

Had same type of problem towards end of last year. Computer had been running great for year and then started to freeze and could only boot after power off and removing one of RAM modules it would boot. Could then power down and re-install second RAM module and it would run great till next time it would freeze. It would also freeze with only one RAM module installed and it didn't matter which one.
The fix was making a change in BIOS setting. My ASUS motherboard Jumper Free Configuration under the Advance Menu had something called Ai overclocking and this was set to Auto. This allowed the BIOS to automatically optimize the system for max performance (overclocked). I changed this setting from Auto to Standard and the freeze problem has not happened since. The Standard setting reads the CPU and then sets everything accordingly (not overclocked).
You might check BIOS for Ai overclocking setting if it has one.

Some phones have little round rubber plug on the back that when removed allow connections of external antenna. You would need to purchase external antenna and proper cable to connect phone to antenna.
Another option is mobile phone signal booster. A kit would come with amplifier, outside antenna, indoor flat antenna and necessary coax cable to make connections. This method requires no wired connection to phone.
You can check at Tucom in Pattaya. Another option would be auto shops that sell and install signal boosters for vehicles.

Beck it may require a trip to Bangkok but have you thought of contacting you embassy to obtain some type of letter detailing your problem and fact new passport has not been delivered but does exist. I know embassies issue letters when people loose passports so they can travel back to home country.
Always remember to renew passport before it drops below 6 month validity remaining.

OP you are correct there is a world of difference between visiting and living in a place. I lived in Korat for 8 months in 2003 but decided it was not a place I wanted to live out my life so moved to Bangkok.
You have a good selection of shopping places but I found and still find the choices for eating western foods out still lacking.
If you are making the move to make your future spouse happy then think again. This is Thailand and you are the one she should be trying to make happy and if that means remaining in Bangkok that is what should happen.
I think you should respond to this question and you might get better feedback. What type of life style do you want to live?
If you decide to make the move rent for year before building or buying a house. During that year if you find it necessary to make monthly trips to Bangkok or Pattaya to make you happy then its not the place for you.

You want a router and your choice is okay.

Traffic will be bad at that time of morning on surface streets but using expressway not bad..
You have two options for travel. One would be take skytrain On Nut BTS to Mo Chit BTS station then taxi to bus station. The second method would be grab taxi at On Nut Lotus and have him access expressway via Sukhumvit Soi 50 (Soi in front of Lotus).
I've done both but prefer taxi all the way method.

Remember the plan but think it had a cutoff date for applying and I think that date has passed.

Now lets see if any Thai's are brought to trial this quickly.
Shipping A (Relatively) Cheap Phone W/ Sim Card To Thailand

Perhaps people prefer not to take such a backward approach.
As someone suggested it is much better to send the SIM and have her buy phone in Thailand if she does not already have one.
Another option for most people traveling from Thailand is just use your Thai phone and SIM. I have used mine roaming to most major countries around the world. Once I get to my destination and plan on staying a while I then buy local SIM.
